It must be pretty entertaining watching everyone drive by to see if there are boats in the place.

Why not just stop and get out and go take a look yourself and if anyone is around go talk to them? The place isn't Taboo.

Is it? :rolleyes

The 33 is still there but I was told it was sold to someone. How it plays out legally now - If the original owner gets there first (with ownership docs) then the new owner has to take it up with Tim.

If the new owner gets their first with proof of payment then he takes delivery and the original owner has to take it up with Tim. Otherwise boat goes back to OG owner.

Conquest was sold already.

I did go inside and talk to the people at quality marine. They are doing their best to try and help everyone get their boats back.

It is important to remember that there are two separate business in the building that have nothing to do with OCM.

A few people have been very agitated and have been taking it out on them. They have to explain they aren't associated in anyway multiple times a day.

Oh and by the way. Tim was evicted a month ago and Friday was the deadline to get out.

He sold that conquest in that time frame, and had the detail shop washing boats up until Wednesday. Just burning a couple more people on the way out..

I felt kind of bad because I bitch slapped him two weeks ago at the flying x.. I don't feel bad about that anymore. He deserves a lot worse.. Fucking the detail guy too... Really? What an asshole..

A little travel money to go?

I can't imagine anyone that had property in that shop didn't have knowledge of happeneings down there for the last month. they had plenty of time to claim their property.

At this point, procrastination gets them nowhere.

So Tank's buddy is now out $150-$200K?

If Tanks buddy wanted to "give away" either of those two boats, I wish he would have called me. I would have taken time out of my day to go pick either of them up. No doubt I would have called a friend on the way and picked up both of them.

Peeps are weird.

I wish I had jing like that to flush.

The only publicity this situation received was on the boards. Then the local paper. If you aren't a board member or receive the havasu newspaper how would they know? All they know is what lie Tim fed them.

Tanks buddy is prime example of an unassuming customer who has better things to do than stay up to speed on Internet forums.

If he gets his eliminator back he's out a conquest. (50'ish) If he doesn't get a move on and get his boat back then he would be out a conquest and elim.. 230'ish..

But total between the two boats yes there is a missing 230'ish. Whomever bought the elim would be out 150'ish

I'll assume Tank's friend hasn't got paid or he wouldn't be looking for it today.

Hardly true on many accounts.

Tanks buddy KNEW, as Tank told him, 6 MONTHS AGO, something fucked up with your eyes?

Two of my close friends asked me what I knew about the debacle over there. Neither of them live in AZ, nor are they on any message boards.

Not everybody with money is paying attention, or gives a shit, now that I'll agree with.

Now I really don't feel bad for being a complete dick in ghost original threads. Someone should have kicked his ass on principle.

Sounds like RD did at the Flying X. What's the story there?

There isn't one. He said something I slapped him. We talked about the situation for awhile. I went home.

I would just like to take this time to thank Tim from OCM for helping me get an A on my midterm paper I had to write about the Principles of Fraud Examination. Without your contribution I would have been bored to death writing about Enron or some crap like that.

Just for the record I am still sorry for all those who got shafted by the guy.

Maybe he cried.

No.. He didn't. We just talked in circles about the situation for awhile. He swore everybody would get paid and everything was going to be fine. I went home.

If you hit someone then you have had a disagreement that can't be solved with reason and force ensued.

When you bitch slap someone, there is a certain amount of dignity removed from the receiver. I felt bad for slapping him because of that. Nothing else.

Ultimately while I took a little mudslinging on here, he deserves that shit from the victims, not from me. If I was even halfway sober I wouldn't have lost it and smacked him one. I would have just gone home. (Which is what I should have done)

Boy...if I was running a separate business in that building I would use every marketing tool available to get the message out that I was not affiliated with OCM.

Glad to see this place is finally shut down, and there will be no more victims. I feel bad that multiple people got screwed over. It was obvious at least someone would get burnt, bummer it is so many for so much.
On the bright side, we all should be grateful to RD for putting a spot light on OCM and pressuring deals to be completed. I believe he saved many people a lot of money. If my post would not have been viewed and confirmed by so many people. Tim would be still accepting boats and screwing over more and more people. Guys like me and music to my ears would only be at the beginning of our legal process. Thanks River Dave, good luck to all people still owed.

You could always report your boat stolen. :rolleyes

Cops won't do anything. You entered into an agreement for someone to sell your boat. Someone else bought on good faith.. Even though it's stolen.. It isn't technically stolen according to az law enforcement.

You fucking slapped him!!?? LMFAO [emoji23]

He has a lot of nerve showing his face anywhere around town after what has gone down over the last couple months. That is pretty brave of him. I am sure some people would have liked to go Tonya Harding on his ass if they knew he was out somewhere.

Titles signed and handed over.

That's why it seems it is a civil matter not criminal.

Aint right, but it is what it is.

I'd never, ever sign the title and hand it over for someone to sell without money changing hands.

There is this thing called Fedex. They are pretty good at shipping documents overnight.
