Play chess, not checkers.

Why has no one asked why the editor of the Atlantic published information he viewed as sensitive war plans that might put Americans at risk?

If I mistakenly received classified information in a text, I might think twice before firing up my printing press.

Question everything.

Maybe not the way you'd ask it Wood, but..................... 😆

It's a valid question.

Here is the warmongering lying POS yesterday.

"Just because they're irresponsible with this material, doesn't mean I'm going to be irresponsible"

If indeed it is classified as the left claims, should he not be prosecuted for releasing it? 🤣
One would prosecute the individuals who released it to the journalist. They are the ones who are duty bound under the law.

And I agree with you, those that release such data in a grossly negligent manner to left wing liberal journalists should absolutely be prosecuted. 👍

Democrats haven’t tried to make something out of nothing like this since they accused Trump of overfeeding Koi fish.
When one decides the town drunk and the secretary of defense should be the same person, it gives the democrats a lot to work with. 🤷‍♂️

I don’t understand the drunk comments that you and the congressperson are referring to?

I remember someone mentioning him having a drink on a New Year’s Eve show or something like that.
But he also said he wouldn’t drink alcohol if confirmed. Was there some recent development?

Well if you remember Otis was the town drunk on Andy Griffith show and most nights he locked up the jail so he WAS involved in law enforcement. Didn't effect Mayberry .

It's like you have 3-4 functioning brain cells and they are fighting over turf.

“What’s so troubling about it is — it’s not like these were people that were forced upon Pete. They were his own guys he had to get rid of.”

Yeah....he should have left these "guys" in their positions so he would not have looked foolish..... 🤪
Pete's actions here only demonstrates and proves is that he is not taking any disobedience from anyone in his ranks....even his own chosen few..... That takes courage and Character. In other words, I do not believe Pete gives a shit what his opposition (you) may think....

Perhaps maybe one day you can say you never misjudged someone and never made a mistake. ;)

SAD, that there are so many Disloyaland working against President Trump and his nominations. Hegseth is correct, you are with US or You are Against Us. I pray that Oblamer & Brandon get theirs SOON.

It looks to me to be very similar to what Trump dealt with the first time. Gets in, all kinds of people say the right things to get close, and then try to run their own game plan. I do believe however here, there is probably a bit more than just a simple one man plan. It seems that our suspicions of just how fucked up everything was in government was underestimated. Good on Hegseth for cleaning house even if he "chose" them for the job in the first place. Seems to me like the common sense approach. And the funny part is how much that common sense approach terrifies all the Libturds running around in D.C. and in here.

"Yet even strong backers of the secretary like me must admit: The last month has been a full-blown meltdown at the Pentagon — and it’s becoming a real problem for the administration."

Defense Department officials working for Hegseth tried to smear the aides anonymously to reporters, claiming they were fired for leaking sensitive information as part of an investigation ordered earlier this month. "Yet none of this is true."

While the department said that it would conduct polygraph tests as part of the probe, not one of the three has been given a lie detector test. In fact, at least one of them has told former colleagues that investigators advised him he was about to be cleared officially of any wrongdoing. Unfortunately, Hegseth’s team has developed a habit of spreading flat-out, easily debunked falsehoods anonymously about their colleagues on their way out the door."

If you bring a bag of trash in a house and then take that same bag of trash out of the house not changing any significant thing from before, have you really cleaned the house?

Yup it's live and learn. Like having what you think is a best friend only to find out he's trying to get in your girlfriends pants. You kick him to the curb. If she gave it up out she goes as well. She stayed true it's a keeper.

Pretzel logic.

If you remove a bag of trash from a house, yes the house is cleaner.
How the trash got in the house is totally irrelevant to the question and the end result, "have you really cleaned the house"....answer again is yes.

If you bring a bag of trash in the house and leave it there, you would be considered a Libturd. He obviously is not. But we all know you and the other libturds in here would rather everything just keep on going down the same path with no correction.
