I am sure the documents Liz misplaced would not have been detrimental to the prosecutions cases against defendants. However conspiring to hide evidence should be a crime that should be punishable. If so it would be a true miscarriage of justice if Liz was locked away in solitary confinement while waiting trial. Not sure how the justice department got to hide all the video recording that day derailing all the criminals cases assuring pleas or one sided trials. Further more hopefully no democrat president being elected for the next 3 terms would almost insure old Liz would have to sit her fat ass in jail and have no hope of a pardon. How can a criminal trial ever be fair if all evidence is not released to be viewed by a jury.
