This is a VIN. Simple home made tacos - Place half moon shaped raw hamburger on a good quality, taco size tortilla. Fry tortilla, with the meat on it, occasionally bringing some of the hot oil onto the hamburger, fold and continue to fry, remove before tortilla becomes too crisp. Let oil drain from the tortilla and meat, place a wedge of Velveeta on the meat (must be Velveeta, no substitutes), place on a baking sheet covered with paper towels and continue to drain in a warm oven. For the adds, in a bowl toss chopped lettuce, onion and a can of diced Ortega chillies. That’s all you put in the taco. No avocado, tomatoes etc etc. Use taco sauce of choice.
Simple Taco Sauce - Remove stems from dried red arbol chile, and toast in a dry skillet (12-15 pieces), place them in a blender. Add cleaned fresh garlic cloves (5-10 per taste) and a can of tomato sauce, salt & pepper. Blend for 10 - 15 seconds and walk away. You’re done.
