I like the mini corn dogs that you heat up in the oven. I get a nice healthy pile of them and dip them into spicy mustard. It’s my SB comfort food. lol
try them in a air fryer if you have one. my kids eat the hell out of those mini corn dogs and they prefer them out of the microwave, but the air fryer is much better.

Took the family to golden corral one time, $16.99 for dinner and my two kids ate only those mini corn dogs...I was so pissed!
my kids love food from different cultures, they will eat corn dogs or chicken strips from any resturant! i know the pain. the exception with them is spaghetti, they will both eat the hell out of spaghetti, daughter prefers no sauce just butter and cheese, my boy loves marinara sauce.

The wife’s crab dip is still a huge hit at all events that she brings it to. It is also very easy to make. 👍

What is the Buffalo Chicken Dip?

That sounds great w/ a cold beer

can you run me thru it

Not sure how to make but it is one of the other favorites in circle of friends. If needed I can ask the wife to reach out for the recipe.

There a bunch of them but Frank's Red Hot has one on their website. I use the canned Costco chicken (like tuna cans), Frank's Red Hot, ranch dressing, cream cheese and blue cheese crumbles. Mix it up, sprinkle a few more bleu cheese crumbles on top and bake it off. Sliced bagguettes, carrots and celery for dipping. Leftovers in a grilled cheese are pretty killer.

We go over to a friends super bowl party every year. Last year I made lobster cheese dip that was demolished well before the festivities got rolling. Probably making that again but it takes 6-8 tails. Good thing I catch my own lobster!

In my past my ex and I through some over the top SB parties almost 20 years ago. I haven't wanted to host another SB party until this year, my better half was cool with having family and friends over but I am responsible for the main dishes.

I'm smoking a brisket (WTF, almost 5.00 a pound for a packer!) and a nice bone in pork shoulder for pulled pork. My wife is a fantastic cook and is planning on making her awesome home made mac and cheese, Franks chicken cheese dip etc. I hope my portion of the offerings lives up to her talents!
I set the GMMG grill aside almost a year ago and had to do some deep cleaning (it's going on 10 years old) and test drove it with a tri tip roast a couple of nights ago and it turned out well. My loved it for dinner that night and so did a couple of my GF's at work today.

I still got it!

I know I have the brisket flat and pulled pork down pat, but am striving for perfection of the brisket burnt ends / beef candy!

Made my potato salad and on a whim made some jalapeño poppers in the smoker. Going to a buddies house and he's making wings in several flavors. Might stop by another buddies place and have some brisket.

Smoked a pork butt last night, shredded it this morning. Made jalapeno poppers with cream cheese base, shredded pork, slice of Monterey Jack, then a wrap of bacon. These are going back on the smoker around 2:30 to finish off. Biggest jalapenos I've ever seen, all in the 5-6" range, a couple of these will make a meal.

The remainder of the pulled pork will be turned into sliders for the second half of the game.

Eating good until the game. Then all the microwave trash comes out like pizza bites and wings.
