Grandmas 80th birthday we took her 01 tahoe lt 4wd, lowered it 4", debadged it, tinted the windows and did 20x10 BBS wheels wrapped in 305/50/20

Also have a 96 3/4 big block suburban that stays at my dads for a people mover

This thread would be way cooler with Excursions! :D

Ok......

Old pic but, 2v V10 85k miles, Limited model with factory 4.30s, coolers on fucking everything, seriously coolers on coolers, 35s, walkers, v code and mod B springs.

Getting deavers and kings this summer. Maybe 37s. A Cummins as soon as I escape communism.....

I used to have a 2003 Suburban. I loved that thing. It was lowered a few inches and was a great rig to drive.

I also had a 2011 Tahoe.

I'm really hoping we will be able to upgrade from our '03 Yukon to a '07 and up suburban or the like (Yukon XL ot Escalade). With having a 3rd baby soon, the Yukon is pretty crammed almost constantly.

For those of you that have a subtub with kids, particularly young ones in car seats, do you think captain chairs for the middle row is the way to go? We're figuring it would be the best way to go with 3 kids in car seats of various sizes.

Can't wait to add a 93 or 94 Suburban to our fleet. Planning on dropping a Cummins motor in it. Hubby just got a 94 3500 crew cab dually, so it's my turn for a new toy!

Ours has captains chairs and a third row bench. Works for us.

Next one will be whenever I find a 2wd 6.2 or ill put a 6.2 in this one. :)

When we bought ours I searched and searched and search for one that had every option and had all 6 captains chairs. It’s the only thing I regret. I should’ve done a bench in the 3rd row. I’m actually going to sell the 3rd town capt seats and buy a bench. Seems like wherever we go there’s 7 of us. The 3 rows of captains chairs limits you to 6 people. I would suggest 4 captains and a 3rd row bench like Brian has. Easy access too the 3rd row via the isle inbeteeen 2nd row captains and you can seat one more person. The captains chairs in second row are really comfy with the fold down arm, indipendent recline etc. just my .02

Yea I got to agree. I have never wished it was different for sure.

That's what I was meaning. 7 seater with captain chair 2nd row and bench in the 3rd. Our Yukon is 3 benches right now and it's a pain in the ass if there are 3 car seats in there.

I get that. But someone had to be the first person to get them stolen.

I just always wondered what that market was for.

The people they stole them from.

Exactly. They are an insane amount to get replaced from the dealership. But for some strange reason, they are the same price on ebay as what the insurance company will give you to replace them.
