But even at the unveiling, when they show the digital dash, it says Speed UTV right on it....LOL

After watching that video my impression are those are made right there in that factory. And having a speedutv speedo is like having a pioneer radio to me. I assume the radios will still say PCI somewhere on them and not speedutv branding, but i could be wrong. Also wouldn't be surprised if hisun changes that logo in the speedo before they start selling there copy.

I have no spot reserved and follow this for the pure entertainment value. Personally, If I did have a spot, I would probably liquidate it now for the most profit I could and just wait and see what happens?

That was not this deal, at all.

Textron contracted RG to build a SXS for them. He did and held all the patents on the car. Textron didn’t want to go any further building 4 seaters or turbo cars, (they thought they wouldn’t sell) so RG was going to build custom stretched Wildcats himself. It made more sense to just build his own car and they started this project.

I don’t know what you think is rotten about it.

They have been testing production part prototypes for a year.

Don't know where I got my info from? I got in a ride in Parker this year as well, master #814. Production no, Pre-Production yes. Look at the car, it says it on the side. All the parts on that car were production a year ago, now some of those parts have changed since they had 300 issues they wanted to address after they got built for the SSSS. What I think you're getting at is that these aren't the final build quality and fully finished, with that you're correct. But they have been running a production drivetrain that hasn't changed much (maybe tuning/shifter work) but again that's why you build pre-production cars to get most of the bugs worked out.

But but but you won’t get your car.. Speed is going to fold, take your money, and you will be forced to buy the same car that will never be produced but at the same time is made in factories on multiple continents. But now the car that you will never get is being made with an H on it for $20k less than what you paid, and that car won’t be as good because the people that build the car for Speed do a crappy job when there is an H on it.
