I agree as much as people want to capitalize on a deal. Most things are like daves for sale but at market value.

There are a lot of toys financed for 15 years. Start losing jobs and it will be a race to the bottom trying to get out from under these liabilities. The real deals will be from the finance companies that will then own the toys.

I got one of my "toys" in 09 because the guy just wanted out from under the loan.

Wow 15 year loans? I didn't know that was an option.

This won’t last long enough for toys to be dumped!
Go check out the classified section here, lol.
Quads and ATC combo, a 2 quad combo, what’s this RZR worth, etc.
and a really sweet 70something El Camino I’d love to have, lol.

Even before the virus crap, I was anticipating the decline in Vancouver's real estate. With Canadian oil at $5.42 per barrel, we'll see more lay offs in the oil sands. I suspect this spring, we'll see lots of toys on the market here.

Will the coronavirus panic be enough for people to start dumping the toys for fear of losing jobs/saving/retirement etc?

It’s certainly not something I’m wishing for, but people seem quick to pull the trigger to unload non-necessities.
August, about the time a gallon of milk goes for $14, if you can find one. 😱

I just had a guy just back out on buying my Hallett due to the Coronavirus-Economy. Oh well, at least I don’t owe money on it. It’s back for sale in the classifieds.

I’m looking for a havasu house. Most are 100k more than they should be I’ll wait
what are you looking for , and what price is 100k too high..... the price of the house doesn't matter... what matters is the land it's on..they can make more house's …. but not more land

All my shit is for sale. But it always has been
it's not what you learn,... it's what you remember….what pisses people off about other always having stuff for sell is they don't want to find out their shit anit worth what they think...so they hoard it...the guy that invented the "FOR SALE" sign was a genius

Canada's household debt is at record high numbers. In western Canada, our main economic engine is oil and gas. Our oil, West Canadian Select, is at $4.00 per barrel, it fell today as low as $3.83. Or average Starbucks coffee costs more than a barrel of Canadian oil. Vancouver's real estate is at a standstill, no buyers...……..

it will take 90 days as the finance companies learned and are deferring.

I’ll let you know next year
Going to make $1500 off a limited production STI LAPD in a few months and some smoking deals on M1A’a and Marlin 45-70’s

Yea I was going to get some for the kids this season and almost pulled the trigger. With everything going on, now I'm glad I didn't because they would not have got to use them a whole lot, and I'd need a bigger trailer to carry all that stuff anyway.

Cash is not "king". West Marine won't take cash because of the virus.
