I’ve got a couple of super sweet trucks for sale in the classifieds. Gonna dump these super cheap to buy toilet paper. $4500 each.

I honestly hope no one on on RD's has to sell their toys or gets into serious financial hardship over the virus concerns. I hate taking advantage of anyone who is in hardship I just like great deals and good negotiating to get what I want, THAT SAID this is an amazing time to invest in the Market, great prices with tons of room for HUGE HUGE profits...some even life changing if done right just do it with expendable cash and wait it out...any stock with solid financials and a history of growth and strength that has dropped 15-40% because of this fear is going to go right back up to a level headed figure as long as you wait it out......Good luck to everyone.

I can't wait.....

Rental properties and Hallett 240's are the path to mega millions.
I looked at a property yesterday that I have always wanted. Just listed for 950k. If it could be had for $800 or so it would pencil out. See how things play out next few weeks.

Thinking of getting rid of the 05 -210 496 mag to jump on some property...it is tempting seeing the possibilities . Wouldn’t whore it out though 😁

Was at the realtors house yesterday. Hard to say. She had 1 in Escrow that all the sudden wanted a 25k credit with no estimate to justify. But seller agreed to it.

Started the digout on 3 last week 2 where sold before we started, started another Tuesday and had an offer today. All full price. Sold a few rentals the last couple weeks while the market is still high. As long as the CV shit dont drag out to long I dont think we will see much drop in the market.. 🤞🤞🤞🤞

I think it will be months before the housing prices take a significant drop.

By the time they do (if they do) the virus will be fine and it would he the after effects.
I don’t see it dropping.. however I’m open to offers on my house. :D

I was selling my boat but fuck that, it's off the market. It's got a bed and toilet...I might be living on it if shit goes really sideways.😁

Also on a side note. There's plenty of marine toilet paper left at West Marine. Just saying, it's a little rough and your finger is almost guaranteed to poke through because it's so thin, but it would work in a pinch.

If employment starts falling off, housing will fall off. The virus will be long gone, but we will be feeling the ripple effects for awhile.

I have been watching a boat that hit the market a couple weeks ago. The price just dropped 5K. Needs to drop a lot more, but might be some good deals out there soon.

2008 I got a sand rail, house, and a magic. This time around I’m hoping for a rental house, but a cheap lambo is tempting. Lol

Who wants a rental when the government says your tenants don’t have to pay you rent and freezes evictions.

Ain’t that the truth!!! Got letters from all of our property managers going over their policies as to late payment, breaking leases and evictions Moving forward.

[sarcasum] Good thing that we have so much money we can weather this [/sarcasm]

i have been looking at another Suburban for sale in Arizona and i figured after a couple of months he would be ready to deal since he had it over priced.
yep he is ready to deal. dropped it down to $8300 from $8500 WTF well at least i don't have to make a road trip. like i needed another square body to go with my Crewcab, suburban, blazer and van
I still want first bids on that van should you ever decide to let it go.

Will the coronavirus panic be enough for people to start dumping the toys for fear of losing jobs/saving/retirement etc?

It’s certainly not something I’m wishing for, but people seem quick to pull the trigger to unload non-necessities.

May be some deals coming along with 3.3 million people newly unemployed and rising. That also means big changes in consumer confidence. Things are a changing fast, it's only been a couple weeks.

They might be trying to unload their toys, but usually they're completely upside down on them and cant even afford to sell them.
I have rv's, vacation homes, pontoons, van, truck., sonic tow car, fiat tow car, titles in hand,... cash is king..i have copd, one touch of the corona and i'm on to a nicer place that doesn't need toys to be happy....so I won't be taking anything with me

You stay safe brother, no sense risking. I remember, a few years back, you were peddling that grey & white 224 Stoker, during a down period, that was a nice piece. Somebody flashes that, a nice Dcb Mach 22 I/O, or a nice Vector, I might get froggy.

if you never leave the 4 walls of your house, have your adult children do your shopping. decontaminate before you bring anything into house, you will be fine. you might kill yourself from boredom but you will Survive...

Yeah I don’t see a significant drop in prices unless this crap goes beyond 4 months, which I seriously doubt. It doesn’t survive in temperatures above 86F degrees. Next week it will be in the high 80’s in Havasu so most of the rest of the country isn’t far from summer temps.

This isn’t 2008. The feds have put a few parachutes in place this time to prevent people from losing their homes unlike 2009 when the bottom dropped out and the market was flooded.

I agree as much as people want to capitalize on a deal. Most things are like daves for sale but at market value.

Being a West Coast resident, i am off this opinion. However, have yet to find proof temperature will slow the virus. The next three weeks will be interesting as temperatures rise and hopefully the bell curve declines.
