Ok so now I turn on the box, go to apps and all the apps are there, I’m connected to the internet but nothing is loading. I’m getting this. Is this normal?

I haven't seen that one...but I don't watch popular or new stuff that may be "busy". Maybe that's why?

I was leaning towards getting a box. Now Shintoo has me leaning the other way. I like just turning on my tv, selecting guide, and just choosing a channel.

Click on Cursor icon on the remote. It looks like an arrow pointing to the NE direction. Then drive the cursor to the box. Then just click the icon on the remote to switch it back.

Yep, got that working. Thanks.

SuperStream Setup video

I recommend downloading the following apps

Limitless

Elite Sports

SuperVOD

SuperPlayback

Super TV

Cinema HD

Cyberflix

Backup tv

Elite Latino

Supreme VOD

Xstream VOD

Robinhood VOD

Bluetooth remote setup

Go to the gear ⚙️ in the lower left

Click on remotes and accessories

Find the R100 and click on it

On the remote hold down the OK button then hold down the return arrow. Keep holding for 3-5 seconds until the light on the remote stop’s blinking and shows paired on the screen

Just received the unit and going through initial setup.

Stuck at 2:02 of the setup video.

Opened the red ‘Apps’ icon, it takes me to a menu of other Apps, but there is no ‘App Store’ in this or any other sub menu, Just the following.

Stuck and not sure what I can do next. Can’t download any app based ‘content channels’.

Make sure the wifi is connected.

I clicked on tv rom update and it made me add a network even though I did originally. Once I did that and checked for update the App Store was there.

It was under app for me once I got the network fixed.

Pretty straight forward haven’t played with it a ton but got it up and running pretty fast and the picture quality looks good.

Mike was easy to deal with paid and he sent a tracking number the same day. Couple days later box at the door.

New to streaming and the boxes. Spectrum talked the wife into replacing our DVR with one of their Xumo streaming boxes. Xumo lasted about 5 minutes in my house, which is about how long it took me to figure out there's no pause, rewind, ff, etc... on that thing. Returned the Xumo and kept the DVR...

I suspect that no pause/rewind/FF is standard for streaming boxes? What about rewinding live TV, is that an option? If no live TV controls, then do you buy an aftermarket DVR to pair with a streaming device? I don't know if I could survive having to watch commercials again...

Thanks, Wfi and Ethernet hooked up

Mike was very helpful trying to troubleshoot, turns out the issue was with my internet service provider blocking the system.

Switched to a Verizon Hotspot and was able to access the App Store.

👍 to Mike.

Also, anybody know if and what app specifically we could find Yellowstone on? Wife wants to re watch.

Anyone on here go from an Amazon Firebox with Arcstream to this?....Having to dump and rebuild with Kodi it seems more often to keep it running well.
Finding a lot of the apps come back with stream not available.

I went from a firestick to these boxes back to firestick and PC running kodi. The boxes are nice but I'm done spending that much money.

I'm enjoying it and have watched quite a bit of content I likely wouldn't have otherwise. But, I would say it's a nice addition to what we have. I don't know that we're ready to convert completely. I have no issues getting around and finding things. My wife fumbles a bit, but she's adapting. We may dump the other stuff when this feels more familiar to her. I'd say for the money it's worth getting. I did have some challenges setting up, but got through it pretty quickly.

Without having to go back through all the past posts, can you get HBO, showtime, Paramount, Peacock, etc.?

Also, are those apps available on my TV if I just have Internet and not pay Cox or another provider extra?

Can I get all those for free once I have the box?
The "shows" are available on the box.
You just have to do a search for the movies or series you want to watch.

I just re-watched 1883 & 1923.

Yes, like Angler said above, you're going to get the shows for free. You're not going to watch the channels per se. But, one of the apps has the shows sorted by providers. And if you're old and just want to watch regular broadcast TV, you can get that live just like watching a regular TV.

I’ll be in Parker/Havasu area this weekend if anyone wants to be the first to get ahold of the new SuperStream M4 Pro units. These units have a new operating system Android 12.0 they also have a 1000 MBPS Ethernet card along with WiFi 6 capacity.

I’ll do $200 cash price for the first 10. Thanks Mike
