Correct me if I'm wrong. When Roadrunner was built/designed the average boat was a 18 flat/semi v jet. A big boat was a 21 Daycruiser or something like that. Now there is 24' dock crushers and 28' plus cruising up / down Parker. The whole river dynamics has changed.

Maybe do something like Sundance resort
Build cabanas sell them for 500k plus

Hopefully they don’t rip it all out and build homes. The Keys have enough high dollar homes for sale as it is. Rebuilding and refining the business could make it dominate over Foxs and others.

Roadrunner closing is something my brain just cannot accept. This really bums me out, I hope that it's only temporary.

Someone of the bartenders did a video two days ago, supposedly still in escrow, supposedly still doing a remodel and then reopening, but a lot of unknowns.

It is Parker, I have been close friends with the last four property owners, including the current owner Al. Don't know who to believe ? Nice piece of property, but hard to believe an investor would try and run a floating bar, and cover a six million dollar investment. Time will tell. I have lived here for 33 years, and my wife is in real estate and we don't know what is up.

All T shirts gone, a few very plain hats still hanging over the bar, but it's closed, no way to go buy them except maybe directly from Jeff. He and Stephanie are moving to a cooler climate after 20 years. Happy I got to say goodbye to him last night.
