Road all the Havasu bikes today, put fresh gas in them and cleaned them up. My Daughter’s Husky was shipped dry from Colorado so will be adding fluids and running it up tomorrow.

Edit: Her ex boyfriend is an Engineer and loves motocross. As a result, he taped on the notes before her bike shipped.

Still trying to buy more dirt bikes Lol. But these fell in my lap. Few of the Nieces not fond of the dirtbikes so figured they could ride these and the RZR.

All the dirtbikes listed are still more than I can buy new. Problem is I buy one new 1. Then I got 8 kids saying why did that cousin or sibling get new. "I want a new 1"

Shoot and I thought 3 was bad. 8. Damn you're a good man. My sisters can afford to buy my kids bikes. I'm not buying my nephews any. Lol they can come with me though. I'll take them out. Lol

Fuel tanks in our ‘94 Ski Centurion Warrior Barefoot Comp were leaking. Pulled th rear one out and identified corrosion issues. Going to try brazing it up. Haven’t even looked at how Im going to get the bow tank out yet…. Let me know if you’ve tackled this and have input

Personally from a safety perspective I wouldn't even mess with that. Regardless of how good you are the prospect of that much corrosion already started elsewhere in the tank that might begin to leak at any time would always be on my mind.

Nothing special, but I picked this up yesterday afternoon and started the process of cleaning it up. 👍 I love the fact it's a classic USA made Craftsman which would make my Grandfather proud. It also matches the tools I inherited from him via my Dad.

Bought a work bench to replace the Knaack box I've been using. Lifted the table and put it on casters within an hour of getting it home.
I've been looking for a smaller generator to power my electric equipment. Winco makes a 3 phase 480 volt compact gas powered one. Found one local with 40 hours but 208 volt 3 phase... Bought it and rewired it for 480 volt a few hours later. Now I'm making a cage for it to mount the fuel tank and battery above the alternator. Making a sub frame with casters as well.

After about 8 hours, revised design half way through building, handful of "practice pieces", cutting apart one side to square it to the other side, then final welding I have this. Fuel tank will mount on the step and I'll extend the heat shield vertical. Need to mount the battery and make the sub frame with casters.

Absolutely and completely unnecessary, but whatever. 🤣

I found an ad on Craigslist for some Toyota parts and decided "I needed them." I scooped up an IFS front end which included lower arms, shocks, brakes and complete spindle assemblies (Minus locking hubs). I spent the afternoon tearing them down and removing the parts I don't want/need. I'll continue to clean up the spindles then pull the bearings and races and ball joints. Brakes will get redone/replaced and the steering arms will get beefed up. The plan is to finish them up, then set all the new assemblies aside while I continue with this truck build. Just a small "Spare parts" collection for if/when something breaks.

Brother, I've got so many damn projects squirreled away it's not even funny! My wife truly has a reason to be angry. 🤣

1988 Toyota Hilux Pickup. Currently has a Total Chaos Gen 1 Caddy Kit, Sway-Away torsion bars and 2.5" King bypass shocks. The front end cycles just over 14" of wheel travel with 4WD. The rear has Deaver F67 leafs and they cycled a mile. I'll strap them at about 18". The tuck was purchased brand-new by my father in 1988 from a dealership in Central Florida. It's been garaged it's whole life and he maintained it with an open checkbook. It's rust and accident-free with the original 3.0 with 175,000 miles on it. I've been slowly working on it over the years as money/time permits. ❤️

Took the Hood & cowl in for a chemical strip then a re paint from paint bubbling. It’s temporary till I get the project done then it’s going back to the stock light red orange color.

Added a 85 steering column to remove the floor bright switch and put it on the column. Also added Eddie Motorsports steering wheel with alcantera wrap.

I have an AIM SOLO2 for my vintage VD FF that's all I care for. My son is a distributor/ tech for AIM products. Some of those wheels [ SW4 ] in your pic can be as high as 8K, depending on the features. My budgets was max 1K for the SOLO2. To add a Smart CAM is another $$$ out of my range/need, LOL

SW4 + Smarty cam 3 dual + ACC2 for analog channels. Racing ain’t cheap.

This is replacing the evo5 with formula wheel. I have a buyer for it so it costs me about 40% to upgrade. Aim was forced to discontinue and stop supporting some of its older stuff from just a couple of years ago due to chip shortages from Wu flu.

This is the last thing I needed.......another damn project for another never-ending project. 🤷

I couldn't pass up the deal on this housing, so I scooped it up for a song and went to town.

The sandblaster worked me in and had it cleaned up in about 15 minutes. Next was cutting off all the brackets and getting it down down to bare metal. Still a ways to go, but it's cleaning up nicely. 👍

I’ve always been pretty good at math. This is kicking my ass because I don’t have the formulas or the constants memorized. I don’t understand why there would be so much math on a chst exam but I guess it’s better to be over prepared than under. I always thought, you know, when I’m out in the real world, no one is ever going to ask my a fucking train driving a 100mph question, but here we fucking are 🤦‍♂️
