… I just saw this… Like right now… I turned 79 November 8… But it seems to me there were a couple of people who have posted in the recent past.., that might’ve been 80 or more… Although I could be wrong

… i’m thinking that the average age might be like 62 or 63… I have been on here since 2008… And it seems to me that most of the guys were 45-ish then…

… it Kind of made me stand back,..a bit in shock …watching a lot of the guys hit retirement age or close to it anyway…

… With me going to hit 80 next year… And having 33 of my phone contacts being deceased… Kind of a wake up, call about diet and health in general…yowza
