My company and I regularly sponsor and promote trade schools for those that don't want to go to college. I can only give you my opinion on operating engineers and local 12. By the time some of these kids are 20 years old and 2 years in the trade they are making north of $40/hour.The Construction Trades programs within the Sweetwater Union High School District were initiated by a Union partnership with Montgomery Adult school, and were held at the Montgomery High School campus in 1999. Union Trades classes, open to the Public, ran continouously there up until 2010. Since that time, my Dear Friend Paul Chilson, Paul Chilson Plumbing, Plumbing Instructor at San Diego Job Corps, started the program up on a Districtwide scale and brought the Trades classes into participating High Schools for Students in the Sweetwater Union High School District. Sadly, Paul passed away not long after realizing his dream.
Coming from a Recievers Coach part time at Montgomery High School, to Initiating the Construction Trades program within his Home District, and bringing the Trades into the High Schools. Teaching Plumbing full time at his old High School. RIP and take a break, Paul.

I am in a major struggle right now. Nearly 20 years licensed and I have never seen it like this. Not even 2010-2012 and that was challenging.
I had a 5+ year employee quit over what's fair and not fair about masks. Fucking masks? Really? I thought for sure he'd come around but not so far.
Think of the movie "I am Legend"...It's like zombie shit everywhere. Disrespect at every turn and on top of that I'm being starved because HOA's have a tone of Dues arrears issues. I dont have COVID however in a way many of us have a different strain of covid called the Human Strain.
Hadn’t heard about the HOA issues. Are HOA’s really struggling with collecting dues? Is it due to the foreclosure moratorium?
I can't find people at all, same issues. Last week I had a 28 year old quit because someone used her pen at the front desk while she was out of the office sick! No shit, they moved her pen and she exploded and clocked and walked, didn't even quit, just walked!
