True.But there would be a problem if the store scanned your ID and kept that information on file to prove compliance with the law. Sure a kid could walk in and be turned around, but it's the recording of the ID of the patrons legally allowed to be there that is onerous. And since the recording of the ID is compelled by the state, this could also be a violation of the 4th Amendment. It's not showing the ID, it is the record keeping.
There will surely be challenges to the law.
