Hey guys, if you can take a second to please sign this petition to BLOCK the proposed CARB propane forklift ban. California is planning to vote on June 27th to ban propane forklifts by 2026 and require everyone to use electric forklift. This will affect thousands of small businesses who can't afford or do not want to buy an electric forklift. Propane is a clean burning gas so there is no reason it should be banned for emission reason. This is just another ploy by California to push there electric agenda that is never going to work because we don't have the infrastructure for it anyways. You do not need to live in California to sign the petition, anyone is welcome to sign. Please share with as many people as you can!

Total BS, but I have never seen a petition change the vote.

These CARB appointed unelected board members have way too much power and influence!

They don't.

What Will make a difference is a hand written, well thought out letter, to whoever IS making this decision.

Get to writing if you want to make a difference. 👍🏼

i just ordered a new 12K toyota LP. and they sure where pushing Electric. I bought the Toyota as it was made in Indiana. I wanted the Clark, also made in the USA but 60 weeks out. Can't do it. The Electric walking Stacker lifts like you see in Costco....2 years out on delivery. Crazy times.

Done. Carb is constantly making my life hell with my cranes. It's to the point that my customers are registering cranes in other states

I doubt it’s a ban. Probably says you can’t purchase a LP forklift in CA after 2026. Similar to what they are doing with other things.

This would be such a pain in the ass. The 5-6k electric forklifts we use at times take forever to charge on 120v, like not even full over night. Usually need a 220v charger to make a dent in them and swapping a battery on a jobsite isn't practical. Not everywhere is going to have 220 or 480 to charge these things, so we're left running a gas generator overnight?

Pretty soon the only thing "legal" will be Illegals.

This a day after I get a letter about calling my Senator because they are trying to ban 100LL avgas by 2026.

The problem is there is not currently a GOOD alternative.

But hey, the weather is great!

Gas Generators are illegal to sell in CA...lol.

What CA businesses need to do is simply take a month and refuse to sell product in the state of CA. As soon as I can figure out how to do that on my website, I'm all in. Fuck this state. The only way to get the state government to pull their head out of their collective asses is to hurt their day to day habits

Yeah, we just took delivery about a month ago and a new Toyota dual fuel, gas and propane. Took five months to get it made in Indiana. We use it 95% on gas cause we’re outside about that amount of time. Electric would never work but all standups are electric

we have one we got a great Raymond about two years ago and the batteries are alone or $7000 if you need to replace them.

The state has already made it super difficult to get your own cylinder filled w/o getting an exchange.

The exchange cylinder is generally only 3 gallons so your getting ripped off.

They are trying to create a 100% electrically managed country. Control the power...control the people.
