So now Dominion wants to air all the facts. Well gee fellas, you could have avoided all of this by simply allowing audits when asked. I'm assuming they will have to prove their case, which should include full audits of their machines now.

I will be watching this closely. Dominion appears to be pretty sure of their standing. As the maker of the machine they may be able to claim that once the machines leave their factory they are not liable for actions of others which I am sure will be their line.

So they went dark for a couple months but now they are ready?? Yeah I'm sure no bullshit has been going on. That's like telling a search warrant team to come back to my meth lab in 60 days nothing to see here wink wink

I honestly think this is what Sydney Powell and Lin Wood want.. if the courts wont hear their cases as the plaintiff. Piss them off enough and make them come after them. They will be the defendant but they will be able to present their case. If they have the evidence they say they do it could be a smart move!

These aren't amateurs. All their crime has been cleaned and wiped now. No electronic records of anything on those machines. Powell shut her trap 2 weeks ago so she must have known this was coming. She proved nothing to the courts and proved nothing to the American people either. Yes she went up against the deep state and I admire that effort but she got her ass handed to her and better call up her crazy ass friend Lin to represent her now.

I think he already does represent her but I could be wrong on that

That is to assume she has nothing. I guess once this hits the courtroom we’ll see who’s full of shit once and for all

That's a disingenuous representation of what she actually said, but you'd have to read past the headline to realize that.

"Such characterizations of the allegedly defamatory statements further support defendants’ position that reasonable people would not accept such statements as fact but view them only as claims that await testing by the courts through the adversary process.”

This means she expected to prove this in court but also expected they would not be accepted as fact until the process was complete. Which is exactly how the law works every single time.

Unfortunately she was never given the chance to bring her case into the court.

If the point you were trying to make was true, then the simple act of suing someone would be grounds for defamation, as you are making a formal and defamatory accusation when you engage in litigation. Edit: in which case you end up with a massive chilling infringement on the first ammendment, because someone who had every intention of backing up their claims was denied the ability to do so and then punished for that on the back end. Not a great side to be on if you value the freedom of speech.

This motion arguing that she was precluded from presenting evidence in a court will be dismissed as her public claims were clear in her meaning that dominion actively and with knowledge rigged the election in favor of Biden. The trial should rightfully go forward to ensure due process to both the defendant and plaintiff.

She will have her right to produce the evidence she has in court as Racey points out.

The evidence will be heard. If she can in any way prove her public allegations that the machines improperly counted ballots she will win as she should.

Otherwise her claims will be rightfully found to be defamatory statements and the trial will move to damages.

This is the perfect opportunity for her serious allegations to be heard. That is how it should work and will.

Amazing the initial trial that started this whole debacle wasn't afforded that same opportunity..... 🤡🤡

She will have the opportunity to present the evidence of her very serious and continuing public allegations of intentional fraud by Dominion.

Unless of course her lawyers after reviewing such evidence conclude the Kracken may want to do some more back tracken. 🤡🤡🤡

Yea right. They will more than likely not allow her to present evidence.

Hahahaha hahaha yeah now that it is useless to it's actual content and only as a means of her own self defense. Not surprising that a big government supporter like yourself defends this though 😘

She has repeatedly stated basically that if you put 50 Trump votes and 50 Biden votes into a dominion machine it will report a result significantly different than 50/50 and that dominion knew it.

That’s a pretty easy discoverable fact to prove or disprove. Many states hand counted ballots to confirm the results.

So either she made it up or Dominion and a lot of state officials were in on a massive fraud.

If it was on the up and up they should have turned over the machines and ballots the next day and said go ahead count all you want. But instead they started scrubbing employees accounts and closing offices running for the hills. How does that look to you?

This could not have been kept a secret with as many people who would have to be involved. Someone credible would have spoken up whether they be Dominion or Government employees. If Powell has the receipts she wouldn’t be asking the case be dismissed. Just another conspiracy theory.

Excellent observation, and let's not forget the nuclear physicist who was Dominion's top IT guy and his anti trump posts saying no way trump would win because he took care of it.

Although the first amendment does protect a persons opinions, it does not protect knowingly false statements of fact. Claims made by Powell repeatedly included claims of fact such as Dominion manipulated votes, that the company and its software were created in Venezuela to rig elections for Hugo Chavez and that Dominion bribed Georgia's governor and secretary of state for a no-bid contract in Georgia.

Those are not opinions, these are statements of fact that are either true or false. Getting to the bottom of her factual claims, not opinions is what this case is about.

Let her present her evidence and prove her statements of fact that Dominion and senior Georgia Officials engaged in the exact crimes that she repeatedly claimed in public.

This case is the perfect opportunity to prove for once and all her specific factual claims of intentional criminal fraud. Time to put up the factual evidence and put this to bed. Should be a slam dunk for Powell given her repeated claims of irrefutable evidence of these alleged facts. 👍👍

Holy hell.
“Credible...like a dominion or gov employee”???
Who the fuck do you think did it?
Jesus Christ man. Did you not see with your own eyes the suitcases of ballots?
In ALL my 60 years I have never seen polling stall in the middle of the night. I knew RIGHT THEN that the fix was in.

I trust the judicial process in this case about as much as I’d trust you.
The goal was to remove Trump. From top to bottom. That’s it.
There is no evidence, no matter how indisputable, that will be accepted.

Hell, your latest recruit here is already yelling conspiracy theory.

Yes, credible as in people that won’t go along with criminal activity. You simply would not be able to get as many people as it would take to pull this scheme off. And to remind you Republican Governors in some states certified the results, they would have be in on the fix as well. Simply not possible and I’ll repeat another conspiracy theory.

You apparently have a reading problem, because that is all covered in the post. 🤣🤣🤣

Here is a parallel for you, since you fully embrace the world of double standards

Each lawsuit alleges that a particular article defamed the Trump campaign by portraying it as in cahoots with Russia. The standards a plaintiff must meet to show defamation in these sorts of circumstances—when discussing a public figure’s role in an issue of public concern, such as Trump’s relationship to Russia—are very high. Relying on the First Amendment’s protection for speech, the Supreme Court held in 1964 that a public figure alleging defamation must prove, with clear and convincing evidence, that the defendant made a defamatory factual statement knowing it to be false or showing reckless disregard for the truth. In the half century since, meeting that standard has always been difficult —just as the Court intended, so that vigorous expression about such figures could flourish.

🤣 🤣 🤣

Let's see how the case turns out compared to your post which infers a slam dunk victory on motions for all of the multiple cases. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Um, I never said it was just Democrat’s.

I do not underestimate the potential actions of ANY Trump hater.
I’ve watched grown men lose their minds and rational thought process right here in this forum due to their inability to temper their hatred of one man.

No, ANYTHING is possible and NOTHING is off limits when you get Trump haters in a group.
Be it election workers, politicians, violent mobs burning and killing. Pretty much Sky is the limit to what is possible.

I will admit I’ve been called “CTG” as a moniker on this site over the years. Lol
But it isn’t due to believing in things just because I can’t reconcile logic.
It’s because I know what really goes on. Maybe not the fine print, but overall.
There simply isn’t enough server space to explain it all, but whether you believe or not believe this or that really has zero bearing on actuality.

Jan 6th was an insurrection.. but the federal courthouse that got torched a couple weeks ago was a "peaceful protest"?!?!
