Well I don’t know the back story and don’t care to know but if someone on here was on your jury something must not have seemed right to him/her. It’s my understanding that a jury has to be unanimous to convict. You should have sued if you were innocent.

And for the few people that can't go and vote, there should be a republican & democrat rep from each voting precinct go to them.

Although the first amendment does protect a persons opinions, it does not protect knowingly false statements of fact. Claims made by Powell repeatedly included claims of fact such as Dominion manipulated votes, that the company and its software were created in Venezuela to rig elections for Hugo Chavez and that Dominion bribed Georgia's governor and secretary of state for a no-bid contract in Georgia.

Those are not opinions, these are statements of fact that are either true or false. Getting to the bottom of her factual claims, not opinions is what this case is about.

Let her present her evidence and prove her statements of fact that Dominion and senior Georgia Officials engaged in the exact crimes that she repeatedly claimed in public.

This case is the perfect opportunity to prove for once and all her specific factual claims of intentional criminal fraud. Time to put up the factual evidence and put this to bed. Should be a slam dunk for Powell given her repeated claims of irrefutable evidence of these alleged facts.
