Universal mail in voting is ripe for fraud. Legit votes are legit, So what's the problem with making sure votes are legit? You really think that is more secure than physically showing up at a voting location with a valid form of identification and voting in person only after your identity and citizenship are verified? Exceptions for those in the military or other medical restricted patients should always be in place. Other than that, people should consider voting one of the most important things we do. If it is too easy it is open for fraud and flaw.

I am for opening up voting over the course of a week. But if, and only if, all ballots are secured by 24/7 by armed military personnel, on a military base,and Nobody other than the currier and armed military guards have access to the storage area. No votes are to be counted until after the close of the last day of voting. No early tallies, no exit polls. Cast your vote and wait for the results.

If they cast those votes in good faith and only did so because they thought they could, you might have an argument. The real issue which you are skating around is Ballot harvesting and votes made for people instead of them casting their votes. Or you could even consider in valid registration of voters. I agree that the AG violated the state constitution and as I said this is something that has merit. I have and will continue to watch this move through the courts.
But as I said yesterday an unconstitutional "process" will ultimately not void the votes, and it shouldn't. It WILL possibly create new legislation or most likey just some hand slapping.

In keeping an open mind, I will do some due diligence on the overseas balloting if for no other reason than I am not fully familiar with the process.

I agree that the AG violated the state constitution and as I said this is something that has merit. I have and will continue to watch this move through the courts.
But as I said yesterday an unconstitutional "process" will ultimately not void the votes, and it shouldn't. It WILL possibly create new legislation or most likey just some hand slapping.



In keeping an open mind, I will do some due diligence on the overseas balloting if for no other reason than I am not fully familiar with the process.
I also am not quite sure I understanding what the action was?
Someone got a hold of an overseas ballot and copied 8-9,000 of them and just submitted them?
I will try and fact check this back to a more mainstream middle of the road source as oppsed to the gateway pundit, slightly of center, no??

OK, you are talking about the "pipe burst" theory, which implied there was a vote dump of fake ballots from suitcases that occurred at the same time while observers were not present..

Urenil overflowed 11/3 6am Observers did leave, there is no ACTUAL evidence that I can find that observers were "KICKED OUT".
There is a whole lot of he said she said that is a bit of embellishment "kicked out" to fit a narrative.

There is also security footage that shows the people stepping around the water on the floor and the room being cleaned up and no vote counting going on.
I am sure you wont find that footage on GP but you will find the footage that "supposedly" has the suitcases of ballots that were supposedly dumped at the time of the burst when the observers were gone. Time stamps confirmed that video was from 16 hours later.

I see vote counting resuming at 11am and observers showing up shortly there after.

So my answer would be, to a certain extent.

OR is there a seperate vote counting incident in specific,
it seems like that claim was a boiler plate claim made across all 5 states many times.

In fact as I check the more right wing stuff this exact story has been re packaged in many different forms, to grab a "new" headline
