I was actually starting to wonder if anything was going to happen with this, and I got this photo today.

Gonna have to take your shoes off to count that high.. I’m sure there is probably more coming as well

Hopefully the charges stick. Wonder what the plea deal will be. He better get a few years behind the bars

Has he been arrested? That's a lot of prison time if convicted on all charges.

What ..... Wait..... April’s fools day is Sunday....

This must be some sort of a joke - how long has it been!

I remember the thread, it was one of those, “ almost like .... who shot JR” thread, so much build up to see what was happening, I was refreshing the computer waiting to see if Tim met the guy at the bank deal at noon - almost like a show down!

And then BAM !!!!!! His wife couldn’t print the check Because the printer was out of ink!

All kidding aside, I sure hope they nail him this time around. There must be a lot peeps with their fingers crossed, as burned so many boat owners

So his last reported location was back in Oregon. Is AZ authorities putting out a warrant that Oregon auth have to go after? Lots of moving parts now.

What is the difference between a Class 2 and class 3 theft felony?

I believe is state of Arizona class one is more serious and you get more time and less time with the other class felony’s.

Always wondered if anything would ever happen to him. Glad to see the ball is rolling.

Its about Time!! been two and a half years so far.
I used to call the prosecutors office a couple times a months to check on this, and finally gave up this past December when they told me they were too busy to finish the charges because they were working on other current cases ( drug dealers, wife beaters......)
I know I will never see a dime from him, but just the thought of him spending time behind bars was something I could always hold on to.
This is just the first step of a long process.

Trial in absentia?

His only saving grace is he never enters AZ or prolly Vegas again. IF it took "tooooooo" years to bring charges, because they were busy, what is the chance they have time to find and extradite him....

If there is a warrant for him, but they don't pursue him to other states, I wonder how legal it would be for "professionals" to "gift wrap" him and drop him on the correct door step? My guess is that many of the people who got burnt would be happy to throw down a few hundred each to see this happen.

Sounds like kidnapping to me.

...or by "professionals" are you referring to a hired bounty hunter?

I bet they will contact his attorney and ask him to surrender. They will on the phone discuss bail, if he returns voluntary, the bail will be less, if they have to go looking for him, and he gets arrested out of state, then normal bail or higher if they convince the judge he is an out of state flight risk. With these many counts, I would think they would extradite him form the western states.

I quickly looked, Im sure laws vary from state to state, it seemed that he was only available to a bounty hunter if the perp jumped bail on the bondsman, second, that is one hell of a drive to get him.

Cash and yes bounty hunters (official or not) would be the professionals.

What do you think the odds of them doing any of this, considering he is two, or three states away since they were tooooooooo busy to file charges?

he should have done this in Kalifornia they would have built and commemorated statues of him to celebrate his performance.

As a non violent person, look how well he was able to earn himself a living. Everyone should be so noble. :)

Im thinking with that many counts against him that he would be looking for a new home in a country with no extradition treaty with the United States. He will probably do the rest of his life in prison with that many charges if he gets caught?
