If they are bad and someone gets hurt cause of poor workmanship, he will be out of business.

More then just one bad hull, if there were more bad hulls, how come we are not hearing about it...
Where are the photos of the "bad" hull or hulls.

I have said what I feel others needed to hear. If you read my posts I said it was a TRUST issue and that he in fact made 3 very nice hulls before mine.

I agree, we are either missing a big part of the story or 509 overreacted... JMHO

And if what the builder is saying is true, he tried to tell 509 over the phone a couple times the hull was not perfect.

I think I would have no problem "trusting" a guy who wouldn't let a bad hull out of his shop and wanted to do everything to make it right including refund my money.

Even 509 says the guy builds a nice hull, so whats the problem? You had to waste a day...

FUCK ME, there are plenty of times I have wasted lots of hours when things were supposed to be done and weren't. From motors for buggies, service work on boats and trucks etc. It happens everywhere and its certainly NOT any reason to bash someone online. At least they were making it right... Unsafe Hulls? Bash away. Trying to make things right? Uhh, no.

Im pretty sure theres more to it than what we all read, but some laundry is better left unaired in public. I dont know Ron so i cant speak for him but i do know Steve and he's ALWAYS been a stand up guy to me and everyone i know.

509 is a very nice guy & I have a ton of respect for him. He has evry right to be mad. We screwed up! The floors look like Sh*t. It was not what we do. I personaly didn't do it, BUT I AM RESPONCIBLE!

I understand the loss of time he is a very very busy man. I have put my offers out on the table & they stand to this day. This hull fixed as a lake boat & a New Race Hull. I have a meeting next week & will be looking into Vac Bagging Future Race Hulls. I can't replace time lossed & I am truly sorry for that.

Very interested in seeing pics of some boats that you did the setbacks on and the rigging and engine build on i would love to see them. I like looking at different rigging styles and layouts. Are these boats that ran at the track that we might know? When you say fast how fast are we talking????? Weve all got our own ideas on what fast is thats why im asking? As far as going and seeing the boat i dont have any interest in it or getting involved in this deal nor should anyone else for that matter.

I guess we could talk about where exactly the thrust comes from in a pump. That has been beat to death over and over, on the other boards. I'm bored so I think I will go out side and turn the garden hose on with a nozzle and do research.
