I don't have a dog in the fight either. I'm just pointing out that rates rebounded in the positive and buyers are more likely to purchase while we have the lower rate environment. Do I think Dave is jumping the gun selling his pontoon? Nope. I think the markets/economy are going to be tumultuous at best for the next few years. Equity positions are going to decrease but the possibility to purchase property and toys at lower prices might present itself in the next few years as well after the effects of this current administration (read trail of fertilizer) plays out.
