We’ll get back to talking about murder after he says out loud that he lied to someone face-to-face;)
They are showing he has no heart and if he can do all those people wrong and not remember a single instance of feeling bad and recalling it. Why wouldn't he be able to do the same thing to his wife and son?

Or it shows he has burn alot of people for big money and has a lot of enemies. To create the thought it could of been someone else. 🤔 I think he's guilty as fuck.

Didja notice the melodramatic booger dripping bumbling victim turned into a completely different person when the DA went after him? The softball questions from his attorney and the rehearsed answers changed to some real heat. He had to straighten up and think to answer some of the tough questions without further incriminating himself. Tomorrow when the DA moves from the financial crimes to the murders, Murdaugh is going to be cut up.

And by the way, did anyone notice that the DA was laying a foundation today to challenge Murdaugh's assertion his addiction has been going on for 20 years and the claims that's where the money went? It's coming.

If prosecutors in these "High Profile" Cases really cared about Justice and What Is Right, as much as being in the "Spotlight" and making a name for themself in the Quest for bigger and better things, they have plenty of other opportunities.

I watched a few clips of the cross examination, was not really impressed with prosecutors focus and delivery........

Alex is a fuckball deluxe.
If it’s a hung jury then the fix was in.

Absolutely guilty.
Zero doubt he did it.
He will get off though.
He has a million dollar lawyer that will dazzle the jury.
The state prosecutor will do his best.
The Judge will probably not allow this or that … the usual BS in court today … just like OJ.
I hope I’m wrong … but … people are easily manipulated and fooled … look who is our President.

If you have watched any of the trial you would know the judge is having none of it. Unless something new comes out my guess is it will be a hung jury and retried or guilty at this point.

They were probably at lunch at that time. Prosecutors "say" they will finish today. Highly unlikely. Then the jury trip to Moselle. After that closing arguements.

My opinion and that only. He would save face with them on his misdeeds that were about to come out. The whole family was all about prestige and name recognition. They were already getting "flack" from people. Also I "heard" Maggie was ready to give up every thing and start over from scratch. Give everything to the boat crash victims. Alex was about to have nothing to start over from.

Maybe the son (Paul) was in the wrong place at the wrong time? Maybe Alex was going to kill Maggie and Paul happen to be with her. What a train wreck.

I have always said I don't think he planned to murder both of them. I don't know who the target was. But I believe one or the other was murdered out of necessity.

They did not have any insurance on Maggie or Paul. But the Moselle property is/was solely in Maggie's name. I heard the property sold in the last day or two. The house she was staying at was in his (Alex's) name he was trying to get a second or third loan on that property.

My belief is that Murdaugh was so ashamed over his thefts and drug use be decided killing his wife would be preferable to her finding out his illegal acts.

He killed his son at the same time because then it would be assumed that Paul had been murdered for causing the death of Mallory Beach in the DUI boat crash, and that Murdaugh's wife was collateral damage. He thought that law enforcement would not suspect he killed them.

His alibi was weak from the beginning, and by day two the cops had him fingered as the perpetrator.

At the end of the documentary they mentioned it was rumored Maggie hired a Financial Investigator for Alex's wrong doings (Probably for not getting the Satterfield boys their money) and was also looking into divorce. Maybe Paw-Paw was just at the wrong place at the wrong time to see it all go down? Or maybe he was standing up to his dad because it was known that he loved Satterfield like a mother?

2 long rifles?? Not so mysterious. It’s brutal but, he likely knew after blowing away the first person, at short range with a shotgun, the other person would quickly run out of shotgun range. Therefore, he also had the .300 rifle to kill the likely run a way. These killings appear to be well thought out, planned, calculated and included a planned cover up. But, with one very big F up, which he had no idea even existed. His recorded voice at the crime scene. Guilty.

My thoughts exactly. He is such a narcissist, I don't think he could handle the shame of being caught in his financial crimes and drug addiction. I think Paul was killed to create a narrative about someone taking revenge for killing Mallory, and I think Alex used the shotgun and the 300 on purpose to make it appear that there were two shooters.

In the trial no one said anything about this. Her sister, the "housekeeper", no one has come forward and said this was true.

The video is definitely damning but don’t forget about the OnStar data from his suburban and GPS data from his phone. Both are damning.

Yeah, they are taking a lunch break. The judge likes to give the jury plenty of time to stand and stretch etc.

I got around late this morning. I went back and started watching from when the lawyers started talking.

Does anyone else think that Paul wasn't his son! -- The other son is total carrot top like dad and looks like him. But I don't see that in Paul.

That has been a rumor all along. Did an actual attorney that she talked to come forward? You would think if she had talked to an attorney they would have come forward by now.

Unfortunately it is possible a miss trial. A juror discussed the case with at least 3 people.

They are replacing her with an alternate but...
