hahahaha got ya! ok here's the latest on my boat. had a few engine issues and after talking to charlie at octane we decided a few upgrades were in order. while the engines are down at octane marine i figured.... clean up the bilge and make some changes. after all this is still a boating forum right??? :D

Looks great and the nice thing is that 90% of the nasty work is done. The rest of it should be much easier. :thumbsup It will definitely be worth it in the end though. :)

thank you everyone. there are alot of upgrades being done this go-round. we started with the trailer. new brakes (disc conversion)thanks charlie at octane marine (also in charge of engines). new bunks and redesign (once i can float off to complete) and maybe a drive guard and redo the tounge by adding platform and toolbox.
repaired defects on bottom of hull including gelcoat. also made some gel reairs in the cockpit. speaking of that outdrive exchange hooked up the stereo. i have put an intercom system in and still looking at some kind of windshield.
in the bilge.... well, as you see lots of sanding grinding and resin work being done. i reran alot of cables and such so they are not seen and added a shelf between the stringers for the trim pumps. after craig shoots the gelcoat i will detail and start the reassembly. this is to include elimination of as much clutter by running it under or behind stuff as well as a bazillion zipties:D. to finish off the bilge everything is now color coded to match the engines and will be lit up by clear led's for bright and red led's for bling.
so, safe to say it wont be on the water for desert storm:grumble: but the end result is coming along fairly soon. i have alot more pix and when she's done maybe an in depth rd report can be done:thumbsup

I texted you a while back but you were probably busy with wedding coordination;) I'll call next time. Been doing Bartlett and Pleasant mostly, getting a little bored. I could be convinced to do Parker very easily. Not this weekend but just about any time after:thumbsup
