I know I'm not the only one, but can we have a do over to start 2019 please.

A 10 year old kid plowed into my company truck at the dirt bike track yesterday......Thankfully he wasn't injured and lucky he wasn't killed. I wasn't there to witness it, but my wife estimates he was going at least 50. Said if my mom had stood up from her lawn chair he would have hit her. Just missed my dog, and the wife jumped off the tailgate right before impact.

I guess in a way I'm glad he hit my truck. If it wasn't there and he hit that Dodge with the cow bar on the front I'm not so sure he walks away.

I forgot to add this on Sunday night.

Coming home from HulaHut decommissioning, I was driving by one of our local Mexican restaurants, and was reminded that it was St Patty’s Day.

Seeing the sign made me laugh, and right then and there I decided my Irish supper was coming from the Mexican restaurant.

Ya know, a feller knows better, but ya just have to say ya did it.

I’m going out on a limb and saying the French cut carrots added yet another international flavor

My wife asked if it was everything I’d hoped. It wasn’t bad, and since she hadn’t made hers, this would have to do. Don’t know if Gramps would’ve approved (his ancestors came over on the boat), but I did it in honor of him, and lived to tell about it
