"He's inexperienced, he's unethical, he brings too much baggage"

Sounds like the same shit we heard in regards to Trump prior to winning in 16'.. just saying.
Pretty much.

No experience
Ethics investigations
Accused of being involved with a minor?
They have been investigating for 8 years. Still no charges.

They were beyond pissed when he walked in day one of orientation, and was told he needed to make his pledges to the RNCC if he wanted committee assignments. He wanted defense and judiciary, and asked how much he needed to pledge to get those appointments. As I recall, the number was something like $500k, he wrote a check, and was put on those committees. Freshmen are not put on those committees, but somehow Gaetz was. Look it up.. Then decided to not play the establishment game once on the committees, but instead was pointing out the bullshit..

So they dropped the cocaine and teens at a party he attended 10 years ago story and expected him to drop out. Instead, he said to bring evidence and charge him. They have been investigating since.

McCarthy spent a couple million the last two elections trying to primary him, and trying to defeat him in the general. You want to talk about stupid? He is a reliable vote for the Trump agenda, but McCarthy wants him gone.

If you do not like what he says, sure. But these investigations are a complete joke. And they are simply McCarthy trying to oust him because Matt held McCarthy accountable to the promises he made to get elected speaker..

"He will never get confirmed," a Republican senator, granted anonymity to speak freely, told Fox News Digital.

One Senate Republican source simply said, "Ain’t gonna happen," about the prospect of Gaetz's confirmation.

The hard way it is.

We give those RINO’s the majority and this is how they treat Trump and his base. You can FUCK off you two-faced Uni-Party scumbags, they’ll go around you and when/if you try to impeach him, we’ll prosecute you for all the crimes you’ve committed. Yore choice scumbags. 🖕

Trump threw him a bone knowing Senate would never confirm him. He resigns from the House. Liability neutralized

Trump should immediately start throwing out names that are 100X worse than Gaetz, tell the senate to "take their pick"

Gaetz resigns and his house ethics investigation has to be stopped.
Investigation results were scheduled to be released on Friday.

He will not got confirmed by the Senate.
But all the Dems will be so pissed he got nominated, they will focus attention on him and pass everyone else.
Once he is not confirmed and Rubio is, Fl will appoint Gaetz to fill that Senate seat.

US attorneys are political appointees. They typically resign at the end of an administration or are asked to resign by the next administration so the new administration can appoint whomever they want.

This is all SOP.

The DOJ is over 40 different agencies and 115,00 employees, the vast majority career civil servants protected by federal administrative employment law.

I’m not sure it really matters to the every day individual who is in charge given the AG has no idea about the work of 99 percent of those employees every day.

I was kind of shocked when it was first announced, but after thinking about it for a while I think it's a Genius move on Trumps part. If you're going to take the Deep State down you're going to need a Warrior to run the DOJ to start indicting all these corrupt criminals in Washington. Something Bill Barr was NOT.

Just google Joel Greenberg and you will see what a piss poor choice Matt is for AG. Joel and Matt are real good buddies. It’s just that Joel lacks Matt’s friends or he’d be indicted too.

Buying into the media lies, i'm surprised smart people still do.....

Matt has made no friends on the hill with the establishment, they tried as hard as they could to get rid of him through fake scandals.... All bullshit allegations just like they have done with Trump, Jim Jordan, etc etc etc....

For the naysayers, sit down and listen to Gaetz longform.... He has been on Timcast several times, I don't believe a god damn thing the media and establishment liars have said about him. They have ZERO credibility, and are politically motivated losers.

Here's the scenario to fuck the Senate. He'd need either Thune or Johnson to do it to either chamber. Pretty sure we'd get Johnson if needed.

The faggots in the mainstream are now starting to discuss it. 🤣

Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution states that “in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, [the president] may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper.” The president could, therefore, exercise this power to adjourn both chambers of Congress if one chamber votes to recess while the other does not.

While no president has done it before, there is Supreme Court precedent stating that this power does, in fact, exist. In 2014, the Supreme Court ruled in NLRB v. Canning that presidents do have the power to make recess appointments, but that they cannot do so during short Senate breaks or when the Senate holds pro forma sessions. The majority opinion by Justice Stephen Breyer and joined by the liberal justices and Justice Anthony Kennedy included one line addressing this very scenario: “The Constitution also gives the President (if he has enough allies in Congress) a way to force a recess.” The line included a citation to the constitutional provision above.

Trump has come up with an ingenious way to squish-proof top officials in his incoming administration: He's placing people in charge of agencies and departments who were personally targeted by those agencies and departments.

These people have beef, and they're coming to DC to settle it. It's kind of brilliant when you think about it.
