Holy shit that's a clean looking boat.. Very Nice FlatMVN!!!
What kind of boat is that? I'm assuming a Semi V / GN style boat?
RD
Hey RD, Thanks for the compliment.
Yes it is a GN hull. It is a Rush Performance Hull. It is a 20',
750 lbs. Assembled buy me. It's first trip to the water was July 3 2007.
I had it up in Parker a couple of times last year.
i seen you run that Rush up and down the strip last year. very nice ride
i think an all red rayson was following yuh.
Nice!!! You ever seen the sister boat to that one? My buddy owns it.
I do believe I saw it over at Richard Hammond's house?
No I haven't seen it but I have heard allot about it and the story of why this one was built.
I would love to see it some time. I would really like to get a photo of them together.
Louis.
It turned out sweet. I remember seeing that boat in Rons shop (the starter builder guy ) when my buddy picked up his. I remember them saying how light it was. Must fly.
Thanks DJ, Yes it was at Ron Cooks That is where it was started. I purchased it with a small part of the rigging in it. Allot was changed for preference mostly and then I finished the rest the way I wanted it.
Speed wise it is not dialed in yet only runs 90 mph, as for the handling it is awesome. Need to do a little tweaking and tuning to get the mph but it will see the 100 mph mark someday.
Louis
It might be in Parker this weekend. Little teaser pic. :skull:skull
DJ, You will have to let me know if it will be I would like to come and look at it. Snap a few pics maybe so that I can see the difference between them, other than one is a race boat and the other a toy.
Mine is down at the moment so I would not be able to bring it but I have lots of Pics.
I will PM you my cell # give me a call if it comes down.
Louis
Last I heard my buddy was talking about going down this weekend to run it but it wasn't for sure. I can't make it out there with him so not sure what his deal is. I'm sure he'd would like to look at yours also. And don't let the race numbers fool you. Its just as much of a toy now as yours is. :beer
My pride and joy Sleekcraft Ambassador.
Yes I made a few trips to Parker with it last year. There was a red Rason tagging along.
We made 2 runs from Echo Lodge to the Casino and back. The average speed was 87mph the whole trip of 22 miles. It was a blast.
Here's ours.
