As the title says, let’s see those home office desks. With our new home in St. George I have a full dedicated office now and want to redo my desk
My problem is I have 6 monitors
3 for personal desktop. 2 is ok
2 plus a laptop for work. These do not connect at all.
I need enough space for all of that
Below is personal setup View attachment 1350953 View attachment 1350953
Work setup is 2 of the smaller monitors plus laptop and docking station (keyboard, mouse too)
They do, but I will be on PC during work meetingsThose monitors only have one input?
Most of mine have three separate inputs to display multiple sources.
You Really should upgrade to a flat screen.

Interesting. I’ll take a lookI have my girls laptop docking station plugged into the two 34" curved monitors, and the laptop displays across both monitors perfectly. Laptop stays closed on her desk. PC mouse and keyboard plug into the docking station to operate the laptop.
The PC is plugged into the second input of those same monitors, so it's just a matter of switching inputs to go between the PC and work laptop.
Took me a bit of homework to get the colors to match up exactly, but there are apps/devices to do that for you if you get frustrated trying getting em to match.
That's all I got!
Similar here, too.I have my girls laptop docking station plugged into the two 34" curved monitors, and the laptop displays across both monitors perfectly. Laptop stays closed on her desk. PC mouse and keyboard plug into the docking station to operate the laptop.

But my laptop is a work laptop, no dock, so I use the digital + VGA out since, absent a dock or a really buff laptop, the laptop can only drive/support one digital out. Then I just switch the inputs as needed from the monitor itself.
I used to have 3 pc's, 6 screens, all controlled by one keyboard and one mouse by using Synergy, which accomplishes control via your network.
Too much to worry about, now I only run 3 screens.
Yep. Way to small for your sacks of cash.
The Logitech Hyperscroll mice rock! After having a dedicated office in the home for over 15 years, we disassembled it a few months ago. We purchased some screen extenders for the laptop and now work in various areas of the house. The nice part about this change, and the reason I did it, was that I can take this setup anywhere, with it remaining the same setup. Previously, I had a travel computer and a home office computer, which always gave a different vibe when trying to work while traveling. Now, it's the exact same setup everywhere. I decided to test the idea for a month before taking the office apart. After just the first several days, I was sold. The big monitors were nice and looked cool, but this is the setup for me moving forward.
Dual curved 34” monitors, Bose speakers…
Running a Surface laptop, and when I am on the road, I bring that stand and keyboard with me.
Desk is electric and goes from sitting to standing mode with a push of a button.
Bought the tool box on FB Mkpl, which matchs my desk for the most part. That thing stores all my shit.

Nah… planning to bring the KRX 1000 SXS…You bringing the dirt bike to Mammoth? I'm definitely bringing my quads.
Now that’s a work desk. I was beginning to wonder with all these clean home offices does anyone really work. lol.The rest has paper stacks every where LOL (My end is not messy )
The dock is actually just a box that everything plugs into.
The laptop plugs into the box/dock with USB C cable! The monitors are HDMI from the box and display port from the PC.
It's trippy for sure.
You guys are slow... Here's some of my favorite home office desk pics:

Dude, we used to have a Basenji in that color...right on. Miss that dog.View attachment 1351648 View attachment 1351649 Wife and I both work remote. Found a dual desk on Amazon.
Works well for us.
Basenji border collie hybrid. What, no clicky mechanical keyboards?

Yup, they have strong personalities. Does she yodel instead off bark, and does she obsessively clean herself like a cat? Ours refused to give up his spot at the bottom of the bed and whenever wifey accidently touched him during sleep, he would nip her.Basenji border collie hybrid.
crazy smart crazy fast and athletic and a super pita....lol
She is a great dog sweet as all get out but the basenji non compliance and the border collie are always at internal odds...haha
I used to be a keyboard snob like that, my current one has quite a few letters worn off and will eventually need replacing, I will be resurrecting my old ways once I get off the wallet for another one. What, no clicky mechanical keyboards? I guess nobody types anymore lol
Does the dock require a drivers/software install? Or simply plug and play?I use the same dock for personal and work machine, connecting by usb-c. This means same monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc stay put. I will upgrade monitors to a giant curved one for sim racing soon if I can find the right arm to get it in position with the sim rig, forward and down, and back to an office setup like this as well. Problem with most articulating arms and this is they can’t handle the weight of those monsters.

I am not sure if anything has installed in the background, but its been plug and play with two different brand pc's, and whether I am working at home, local office (Lake Forest), or whether I go to the Houston office or London, it just all works, sometimes the monitors end up on the wrong sides, so a quick click in display and that gets sorted.Does the dock require a drivers/software install? Okay I see some Yamaha HS speakers, an RME desktop DAC (?), but then I'm lost..spill it lolNerd Alert, don't mind the wires
