First time making pozole. I usually make albondigas but we’re gonna try pozole today.

Persian spot I eat regularly gave me s bowl of soup last time. It was very different. I ate it all. But I wouldn't order it. They always give me something to try while I am waiting for my meal.Don’t really make anything like this in Iran

That looks tasty. I make posole once a year because it takes all day... LOL. My kids love it, we always wait for the first cold weekend, and it absolutely disappears.
I posted as I was making this last night. Took about 1:30 from start to finish. Surprisingly easy to make.
Now Albondigas, that takes me 4-5 hours to make. Lots of prep work goes into it.

In New Mexico, the meat is cubed pork tenderloin, and it's spelled posolé.Then I don’t know what he’s making. Because pozole is pork.
