Completely understood.I couldn't make it all the way through.....
I know you have a soft spot for her, but I can't get on board with her and her program. The way she has her set arranged even throws me off. Maybe some day she'll develop into a decent drummer.
If you want to watch one of the most talented drummers out there, here you go.

Not to mention, she had the voice of an angelThat was.....um.........well..... I wouldn't put her far above or below 2024 Lars.
She's no KAREN
Well, there’s mere mortals and then there’s Neil.No Neil Peart?
Sad to say that tonight’s show in São Paulo is Nicko’s last show with Iron Maiden after 42 years.still one of my favorites, Nicko McBrain, Iron Maiden.
Saw that today. 42 years is quite a run.Sad to say that tonight’s show in São Paulo is Nicko’s last show with Iron Maiden after 42 years.
He’s retiring from the band to focus on his other ventures. His replacement has been picked but not announced yet.
I see Nicko every now and then. He lives just a few miles from me. Occasionally he plays at my local club. He is a legend amongst the local crowd. A very humble nice guy too. I think he owns a rock n roll themed restaurant in Coral Springs.still one of my favorites, Nicko McBrain, Iron Maiden.
Amen to thatWell, there’s mere mortals and then there’s Neil.
i read that he first played with them in Sao Paulo, so it is fitting. but still sad to see him go. i am happy i got to them with Nicko twice.Sad to say that tonight’s show in São Paulo is Nicko’s last show with Iron Maiden after 42 years.

Lats playing drums is like watching a super drunk guy walking.
He has SOOOO much more talent than some folks may realize. Maintaining a consistent beat for the duration of Tool's songs is no easy feat. Many of their songs are over 10 minutes long and some are over 13 minutes! And to hold that pace, drive and energy while mixing polyrhythms and various time signatures for the duration of each song, while looking as relaxed as a person can be, is absolutely incredible. Don't get me wrong, there are a LOT of talented musicians and guys who can bang away with a lot of skill. But few, if any, can match Danny Carey. He is gifted for sure!!PHENOMENAL drummer!
One thing I think people confuse is a drummer they like vs a technically good drummer, style vs skill.
