He, as well as any other self proclaimed ”militias” have an interesting legal road ahead.

If it gets to the point of Militias, we won't need to worry about "legal ramifications".....

At that point there will only be anarchy, the state will become the enemy (they pretty much are already IMO), we are long past due for a correction back to when politicians and city/county/state employee's recognized their civic responsibilities, and the penalties for their own criminal actions.

I'm almost positive that's why the cops let him operate on the night in question. They all knew who he was, and let him exercise, because by watching him handle that rifle by clearing a malfunction and shooting on his back, he's obviously trained. And trained very well, in my humble opinion.
