Question for the fathers on here. Would you let your 17 year old son go to one of these protests with his AR15??? I don't have children but if I did the answer would be HELL NO. Right, wrong or whatever that kid is fucked for life!
"kids" well underage were clamoring to enlist and fight, lying about thier age ... in world war 2 , kids just out of High school found them selves in Viet Nam jungles

As a father of three, no, I would not "let" my kids be there. Having been a kid, I know that I wasn't always doing what my parents thought, or at the place they thought. As a father, no, I would not agree to this intent.
Also as a father, I know you can be both angry about your kids' actions, but also proud.

When I mislead my parents, it was never for anything but for fun. Sometimes things were pretty dangerous, but always for my own gain in one form, or another. This kid is fighting for an ideology forgotten by the left.

I'd be pissed if my kids were there. I'd be proud though, especially if they handled themselves like Kyle did.

For sure. Nobody wants their kids in harms way. But, it happens. My Parents wanted nothing more than for me to join the Military, but when I left a voicemail in the middle of the night saying, "Hey I love you, I'm headed to Kuwait", they were like ho-lee fuck, we didn't want this, we just wanted some direction for our Son.....

I'm very proud of Kyle. Been a long time since I've seen such Patriotism. Free that young man immediately, and give him a medal. He did what we all want to do, before we realize the legal consequences.

Exactly. Nothing new. True Patriots have been lying about their age to go fight, for decades. This should make every American, be a proud American. 💪

Even 17yr old kids know what's up. Smash Terrorists. And that's that. Not sure what else there is to say....

I'm not a father either BUT. At that age he is a MAN and will make his own choices no matter what the "father" feels! We have KIDS going to WAR at 18yo with ALOT less training than this kid!!

So to answer your question would I let him? Well I wouldnt want him to for fear of his life! But is it my choice? No! He is going to do it regardless of my feelings! So, you can support his beliefs or, have a great kid that will never talk to you again because you don't believe in him!!

no he’s not a man. Not yet legally anyway. He’s a 17 year old kid. He’s not old enough to go to war and legally he is the responsibility of his parents. I do understand kids are gonna do what they are gonna do. But plenty of parents raise their kid to make better choices than he did. BtW, my dad didn’t and still doesn’t support all my beliefs... but I talked to him yesterday.

Raised to "make better choices", in this regard, is a matter of opinion.

I'd hazard a guess that most on this site have not ever been as close to dying for their beliefs as this boy. I understand that you as well as others do not agree with his actions. The history of this country has been written by it's youth, and now trying to be erased it.
Are the parents there rioting "better" parents? They left their kids at home to wreak havoc on a city. Are the young rioters the children of bad parents? Or are they the product purely of their upbringing?

...and yes, 17 is too young to join the military. The funny thing is, the eyes of the law will see him as an adult in court. Adult decisions still bring forth adult ramifications.

He’s a man.

He didn’t attack anyone. He defended his life.
There are millions of 17 year olds sitting at home under their parents wings doing what you think they should do. That’s cool.
accept that this young man is not one of them...or don’t. Doesn’t matter what you think this kid haa done what needed done.
I believe he is a modern day John Conner.

Oh...and I have 4 kids and 4 grandkids.
My oldest grandson is almost as old (16) as Kyle...and his name is in fact Kyle as well.
Where do you live? How old are you?
I ask this to get an idea about your horror at a 17 year old doing what 50 year olds are to scared to do.

FWIW, Audie Murphy was awarded the CMOH at age 19. and that was only one of every valor award available that he was awarded.
You seem focused on relegating this young man as some sort of typical minor sitting at home whining and playing video games void of any adult characteristics. .
All evidence suggests he was not that type of teenager.
He is going to walk. He did everything right. He is also going to be rewarded financially by forcing the MSM to pay for their derogatory preemptive painting just like they did with Nick Sandman.
Stay at home sheltered and scared...we got this.

He is not a man? Hmm.. my DAD was inlisted, and in Vietnam when he was 17. Was actually singed off by his "father" because he was "being a fuk up"!(street racing, getting traffic tickets"!)

a couple months from now, he will be 18, and kids go to war at that age!

Some kids mature faster than the coddled ones!

Maybe he wasnt coddled when he got his "participation trophy!" And was told, he didnt win(even though he got a trophy)!

Not being an ass.. but "some" are raised different than others!!

Yep
My dad was army air Corp at 17.
Shotgun wedding to my mom and military the next day. (No lie)
He was the fatherless “James Dean” drop out and mom was the home coming queen.
He knocked her up. It was a HUGE scandal in Vienna Ohio. Lol

After transferring to the Air Force he was career Combat Control. The absolute bad asses of the Air Force.
All that before age 20.
Kyle did not display anything beyond being a well trained individual capable of defending himself when properly equipped.
Age is immaterial.

Kyle Rittenhouse is in fact, a Man. He is old enough to go to War, and he just did. He made fantastic choices, that actually saved his life, by taking someone else's. Felons and Cho-Mo's, by the way.

You must've missed my post stating the USMC will take 17yr olds.

How did the Military turn him down when you have to be 18 to enlist? Only Branch that will take you at 17, is the Marine Corps, with a parents signature, and those crazy Fuckers will take just about anybody.

Say what you want, but if this young man showed up with bad intent, he would've been plated and mag'd up. Instead, he showed up with one mag, a can of chew, and a medical kit. Exact opposite of a "bad cop in the making".

Funny you say marines, they are the ones that turned him down in Jan. So if they will take almost anyone, it makes you wonder why they wouldn’t take him.

Where did you read this? Got a Link?

A little background on me, the USMC was the only Branch that would take me. I was turned down by the Air Force, Army, and Navy, in that order. I was standing on the yellow footprints 48hrs after my first visit with Ssgt Garcia (my Recruiter). I wasn't a convicted sex offender or drug dealer, so I was in. Those were literally the only two disqualifiers. Everything else just needed a waiver.

My niece was 17 when she enlisted in the Navy. She had her 18th birthday while she was still in boot camp.

List of enlistment ages from other Countries: (there are many others under 18)
United Kingdom: 16 years old with consent.
Isreal IDF: Required to arrange military status at age 17.
Germany: 17 years old.

The way things are going here in America lately after Obama the legal age to be an adult to enlist for combat would be 30.

Not sure I buy that. Article also says he was on edge and erratic. That's false. Both columns seem very biased in my opinion.

My Mom signed me over to the Army at 17 in 1995. Not sure if the Army still takes 17 year olds.

I don't either.
Should have read...."He was defending Laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic"

Extradition hearing first...

KENOSHA, Wis. - A judge agreed Friday to delay for a month a decision on whether a 17-year-old from Illinois should be returned to Wisconsin to face charges accusing him of fatally shooting two protesters and wounding a third during a night of unrest following last weekend's police shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha. The judge in Waukegan, Illinois, postponed Kyle Rittenhouse's extradition hearing to Sept. 25 during a brief video conference that was streamed online. Rittenhouse asked for the delay in order to have time to hire a private attorney. He faces five felony charges, including first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree reckless homicide, and a misdemeanor charge for possession of a dangerous weapon by a minor.

Extradition has been delayed till late September so Kyle could obtain private counsel.

I would like to know how come the news media is reporting his name on every site isn't he still technically a minor?

This is exactly what I have been wondering. I'm sure they're charging him as an adult as well. Double standards as always.

I have idea if true or not (never know what to believe), but he was listed as Hispanic.
I don’t know either, I’ve only seen a little bit of dark video. A bad assumption on my part.

From what I’ve read in the report and seeing on video it looks like self-defense to me. It might’ve been a poor decision on his part to take a gun to that zone but it wasn’t illegal other than the fact he was under age.

4chan has figured out that Kyle did not fire the first round. They're also saying the building he was protecting is where he worked. The thread I'm referring to is also exposing and screenshoting the first shooters porn history so I can't post the link here. PM me if you want the link. It is not work safe.

He was a pedo, but that's not what they're posting. This guy liked to watch other dudes slam his chick. Said individual has some footage on PornHub doing exactly that. 4chan is posting screenshots of this footage.

Nothing to write home about, but not work safe.
