Looks awesome.

I'm not a roofer, but I'd have some questions about the water drainage situation off the back patio.

Where is this?
We are 3340 s ridge this is directly behind us in pagasus ranch. I can’t think of the street name right now. I don’t like it because you have to drive all the way around to get to the lake. You can’t just go through the locked gate on locust.

It looks like maybe sloped and possibly not attached to the house. I can’t really tell though

Why do you think there is water damage
The discoloration on the eves. Like I said, I'm no roofer, but it makes me curious.

Been a flat roof it sloped on each end for water run off just a stain from the dirt that sitting up from all the months with out rain fall . My patio drainage is on each end too being a flat roof too so when you walk out into the yard don’t wet from the run off . If it’s roof leak you should see it because of the lid being drywall should show water damage .

Does the HOA allow RV parking?
I would say yes if look at the picture of the house you can see another rv park next to a house to left in the background . My HOA follows rv parking if theres driveway and behind a gate with metal screen also the driveway shows tire marks from looks be rv moving in and out form the side yard. Is there even HOA in that area ?

Understandably so. We were owners of 2 homes for a bit. Cost us both a lot of sleep. It all worked out for the best and we ended up in a pretty nice situation when it was all done playing out.
We were fortunate enough too to move into our new house and then sell the old one. Would have been a huge stresser to try to time a cross country move contingent on one selling and the closing of the other in our time frame. We had dogs and cats cooped up in the motorhome for a week.
All and all every thing worked out nicely for us.

I’m sure all will work out just fine for the beeruns. 😊
