Congratulations!
My wife says the only time the wind wasn’t blowing was when we bought our house there.Welcome
We bought here in 2002 an became full time 2005. Other than having to work out of town for a few years we've enjoyed it here.
Not to sure about the wind Joker is referring to because it only blows twice a year, 6 months from the North and 6 months from the South, even at that it's a great place to live.
When I was in High School we had bumper stickers that readIt's a dry heat.
The day we got our keys no wind but 123degs.My wife says the only time the wind wasn’t blowing was when we bought our house there.
Thats a great idea. Also mrs beerrun plays bunco anyone else's wife play over there she's having a hard time finding a new group maybe she will have to start her own group@beerrun when you get moved out to the new place we should a meet up for the RDP members in the area !
I will have my wife ask her co workers at the hospital if there bunco players or groups around the area.Thats a great idea. Also mrs beerrun plays bunco anyone else's wife play over there she's having a hard time finding a new group maybe she will have to start her own group

Lol, I've played bunco twice in my life, both in Havasu, and ended up being the big winner both times. Over $100 each time.Thats a great idea. Also mrs beerrun plays bunco anyone else's wife play over there she's having a hard time finding a new group maybe she will have to start her own group
Getting out from under Newscum and his party’s failed policies is pretty liberating.Update we got an offer Friday 25k over asking took another load over to Bullhead last night. Things are moving very quickly they want a 20 day escrow
About 5 1/2 hours mrs beerrun has to come back once a month for a day in the office for now we think this will be short livedGetting out from under Newscum and his party’s failed policies is pretty liberating.
You’re lucky you’re moving fairly close to where you’re from.
Liberating.Getting out from under Newscum and his party’s failed policies is pretty liberating.
Good luck on your search. It will all work out for the better.Ok I can't sleep update Sunday night mrs beerrun and I in bed talking decided the house we have in escrow is not it there are lots of things wrong with it that the owners don't want to fix or credit us so we walked away Monday morning. Now the problem is we will be homeless on January 21st we are going out this afternoon to look at a house that our realtor says is what we are looking for fingers crossed
I wouldn't rush it. If you cannot find what you are looking for then rent something while you continue your search. Everything will work itself out the way it is supposed to be.Ok I can't sleep update Sunday night mrs beerrun and I in bed talking decided the house we have in escrow is not it there are lots of things wrong with it that the owners don't want to fix or credit us so we walked away Monday morning. Where’s the new place at? We had a house for sale on our street for a couple years and they just rented it out. I believe it was 380k with a ton of room to add on.Renting is the plan if this house we are looking at tomorrow is a bust

Too bad that one isn't going to work out, it's literally 1/4 MI away from my dad's place

That's a pretty nice community like I said my dad lives around the corner on Desert Trail. Don't know if you need boat storage too but the lady that owns the one right before the gates is super awesome to deal with. I have my boat stored in my dad's RV garage and rented one of her smaller units for his 21-ft Ultra. No that one we are looking at tomorrow. The one at 3825 smoketree circle we walked away from

Can your dad have an RV beside his house in that developmentToo bad that one isn't going to work out, it's literally 1/4 MI away from my dad's place
I'm not sure. He has an rv garage with no side yard. I don't think they allow street parking they' probably don't unless behind a closed gate. Can your dad have an RV beside his house in that development
Next year this will be a funny memory you two will share. We will officially be homeless on January 16th
I hope you are right. Right now mrs beerrun is freaking outNext year this will be a funny memory you two will share.
Understandably so. We were owners of 2 homes for a bit. Cost us both a lot of sleep. It all worked out for the best and we ended up in a pretty nice situation when it was all done playing out.I hope you are right. Right now mrs beerrun is freaking out
