Hot young trainwrecks always have a storage unit somewhere.... they jump around from guys homes so its necessary.ā¦ iāve had a lot of girlfriendsā¦ I donāt recall ever having one that collected shoes ā¦but then again what I havenāt known probably hasnāt hurt me.ā¦
ā¦ Wait a minuteā¦ My Playboy Bunny girlfriend always had a storage unitā¦ What was in itā¦kinda wouldāve been impossible to really tellā¦
My buds "wife" across street in Corona del Mar has a little shopping addiction issue .... I watch her show up with a trunk full from what he calls a retail therapy session.... he unloads all the crap into the garage.... Im not even sure she takes it up into the house .... next day after she splits he packs it up taking it back to stores. He and I giggle as he shares the details pounding a martini always mumbling "Happy wife Happy life" or some such shit.Yes. My wife is crazy. The shit she holds onto is insane. We have closets full of Xmas decorations. Sheās spilled over into the garage. She keeps old school work & projects my kids did. Old bills and mail. We have another house so I was able to spread some stuff out and now sheās filled it back up.
Recently Sheās actually decided to get rid of some stuff. Sheās worked hard and hasnāt even made a dent. She fills bags for goodwill and then stores them for a year or more before she will actually let them go. I finally just started taking them and donating them.
Same situation here, I get 3ā of closet space. She could probably rival your wife. Good thing about it I get the whole lower level, got room for at least 4 cars. Total man cave 2100squ./feet.My wife basically owns all the closets in the house except for a small portion of one walk in closet in our master bedroom where I get to keep my clothes. That was kind of the deal we made when we bought this place. I get 3 spaces of the 4 car garage and no Christmas shit or other girl-stuff is allowed in my 3 spaces, but she gets the closets in the house beyond what I need for my closet stuff. Darn good deal as far as I'm concerned.
So she decides she needs to organize one of her shoe closets. To my knowledge, she has two closets in the house that are just used for shoes and nothing else. She bought some shelving for me to assemble and emptied one of the closets so I can put the shelving in.
Current situation in that room:

And this is just one closet. Anybody know a good therapist? I might need to get her some help.
Mr.DB doesn't come on here, so I'll answer for him.
His wife isn't crazy at all and definitely doesn't have a purse addiction.
Me eitherI do not understand how someone can have that many shoes. Wow.
I'd walk in there, pause a bit, scratch my beard and say screw it and go buy a box truck so I could load up for range day.
Thankfully not lol.
A girl I work with told me her new husband has so many shoes theyāve filled up the closet and he now has started filling up the garageā¦
Holy shit, that makes sense.. I had a girl I was talking to and something came up about her storage unit, and the whole deal of why she was there sounded a bit off but I didn't think of it much. Then later some other things turned me off about her trainwreck ways, but now everything makes perfect sense..Hot young trainwrecks always have a storage unit somewhere.... they jump around from guys homes so its necessary.
You get to drive a tiki boat for a living so I would still say you are winning. This is a funny threadā¦ā¦..
I will spare you guys the pics of my wifeās closets. I am guessing my wife has more shoes than anyone in this thread. I have estimated her pile at approaching 300 pairs of shoes and footwear. It could be more?
Itāsā¦ā¦ā¦. Ridiculous!
Dont even get me started on the amount of handbags and purses. Those need a closet, just for themselves.
Thankfullyā¦ā¦ā¦. She keeps her numerous Mink Coats in a cold storage facility designed to house such items. BTW, all the Minks were inherited. They never get worn since we live in Florida, so they have lived the last 10 years being stored at a monthly storage cost. Itās a good thing too because they would need their own closet if they were in our home.
At least 10 times in the past 27 years, my wife has collapsed a clothes rod in her closets. LOL. KA-Boom
