Eliminator 21 (newer style preferred), DCB 22, Cougar 22-23 (possibly a 21), Talon 22 and 300x or 300xs. I'm open to other boats but not motors. Single OB only. $20k budget preferred, $30k max but it has to be perfect.

Yea, now that I'm, looking on PC you can see its a coned lower.
I've got a Bob's nose cone on mine. Works great. Obviously a sportsmaster is much more preferred but the price of one is pretty astronomical.

He re listed it on FB yesterday and was making comments about how the "buyer" couldn't come up with the money......la la la. I knew there had to be more to the story. There was also some mods to the lower too, right??

The "buyer" could go on there and tell the seller that he's full of shit, as a warning to others :thumbsup

I have a 2001 22 Daytona with twins I may be interested in selling. I have no idea how to post pics but I can e-mail you if interested. By far one of the cleanest 22s out there. 925-443-5775 or [email protected]

Walt, Drew is who I bought my motor from. Top notch guy who knows outboards. If he says its clean, it is.

Also, if you notice its a newer 22 and doesn't have the bulky dash pod.

That boat hit my radar yesterday also. I was wondering what the real story on it was. Says "3 hours" in the ad for the motor. Glad I didnt waste my time to go out and scope it. :thumbsup

Beautiful! Hmm, maybe I could just clamp an outboard on there? ;) ;)

Why would you want to go slower?[emoji12][emoji85]

Just build your own with a 400 using the rdp 50% off moderator discount[emoji41]

That 22 is bad ass with the 600...be a perfect Parker boat. ...still don't like the dash...lol

Now that's what I'm talking about. Why did I have to go spend all my money on a havasu house. Hopefully when I'm ready again something like this will be available.
Only good for about 85-90 mph...you need something faster. I might have a 21 for you by the time you are ready to buy....I need to step up my game to a 25.

Makse me appreciate my Cougar 22MTR even more. Box stock 300xs and 26 Bravo 1 XS prop is seeing low to mid 90's.

I have heard the cougar bottom is better, but there could be tons of difference that account for the difference in speed, setup, layup, driver, ect.

By the way to get those speeds you would need 1-5% slip with that prop:rolleyes if that was a B-Blades Blaster I might say its possible, but its not likely.

92.8 mph verified by GPS. 6450 rpm. Light load. I calculate 5-6% slip.

Very surprising to me as well!! : )

That was in cool temps, nice 6-8 mph wind ripple on the water, 1/3 tank of gas, and just me in the boat.

Normal load 89-91 is more typical. Hoping for a few more MPH with a DBR kit, to go along with even better overall performance.

It seems Cougar (Salmon Arm guys) had some significant time investment in the set up of these boats. With the factory engine brackets, it has a quite a bit of setback to go with the Bob's Hyd. jack plate.

Chris Leach is getting ready to sell his 21 / 260, all red with white interior, $20k I believe. I forget his name on here, he just took delivery of the new grey / white Howard that was at the Havasu boat show.

Just do what I did, get a beater/family boat. I figured it was cheaper in the long run because I tend to over do it on my projects and would loose money. I definitely over did it to my Daytona

Has this boat gone up for sale yet?
