I've done the race a few times, and your glad your wearing a Lifeline jacket as it helps pad the blows from the boat, lol... On rough races getting water shot into the back of you helmet for over an hour isn't fun either, LMAO... Great video!!!:thumbsup

I sealed my old jet boat up really well one winter. Uncovered it in spring and it looked like it'd been sittin on the bottom of the ocean. That nice detailed motor was all corrosion. It was sitting next to my house. I guess if it's in a warehouse, the plastic would be fine, but if it's in a warehouse, a dust cover would work.

not to mention if theres any amount of gas in the tanks you'd think from the breathers that everything would reek of gasoline when you unwrapped it... stuff's gotta breathe, it got wet all season let it air out.

It's actually a re-rig of a turbo charged ex ski race boat. It was originally built by Gary Teague, and taken back to him for that reason.
