I'd redo the whole hatch if it was me.. Or like someone else suggested ditch it all together and leave it exposed.. I can understand wanting to have an engine hatch though, for functionality, and insurance etc..

Nice looking boat that does not have the normal Hallett hockey stick gel design on the sides and deck, I like it. Is it just me or does it look like they just put the tabs through the bandsaw to clear the drive, sorta looks like they just cut off the pattern/design on the top or the tabs.
