If you were in Alabama, the term "eating Grandma" might be something completely different.

And Grandma is a proper noun requiring capitalization. :D

Incorrect!

Grandma is a common noun. Much like "his grandma, our grandma, their grandma"

It is capitalized when it becomes proper in instances such as "Grandma Marge and Grandma Elise".

Un-credible source:

Not going to Alabama anymore. Just going to note that.

English is fun!:grumble:

I understand that. The context you wrote it in was a proper noun. Don't describe an orange to win an argument about apples.

I've laughed out loud several times....if you live here you should be able to construct a sentence, spell the words correctly and use proper grammar. Seems pretty simple to me but I find Wes' delivery hilarious....:p:D

RD's belly came from eating at Arby's?

2Fat2Ski used it all the time. I used it too, but not sure if for the same reason. I use it to put more emphasis on the R like in hardy, instead of the D. Goes from sounding kinda manly, to sounding kinda retarded. It's subtle, and only the guy sitting alone at the back table will chuckle.

Just trying to figure out the riddle. No disrespect intended. Our diminutive friend sometimes goes a little off kilter with his sense of humor.

Riddle me this, grammar man....if Gilligans Island was only supposed to be a 3 hour tour, why are they always walking around with baskets of clothes?

So Frank is sitting at the table in back at the Tilted Kilt?

The same as you just used 4 dots. They knew a 3 hour tour would turn into 4 years.

Dennis has a twisted sense of humor for sure.

I represent a large group of people on here. A group that understands the value of proper grammar and vocabulary. So I'm gonna share what that means to you...

So here's my stance. Instead of being upset that you are being corrected... try being appreciative. "It means that finally someone in your life gives a shit."

"It means that finally someone in your life gives a shit."

Well thank you Baby Jesus! :p

"I represent a large group of people on the board here."

So... when I found PB which led me to RDP it was like signing up with Verizon Wireless. I have a whole network of brothers & sisters pulling for me? Kind of like having the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary & Thesaurus Angels on my shoulder? :D

I will give you this Froggy, you are certainly a character and make the world a more interesting place. You have succeeded in bringing a smile to my face and brought laughter into my day. If you tell people something over and over again, eventually some will begin to believe it. ;)

Take Care
