Is it still that way in Utah?
I haven’t been since 2007-8ish
Your state rangers were kind enough to come to our camp (because of our out of state plates) and inform us of the laws there.
Adults were free to wear one or not, kids had to.
Kids in our camp were posssd off they were required to have undergone some state riding safety course and cert or they couldn’t ride.
However, in Utah they allowed riding doubles on quads.
Strange rules but we still managed to have a great time.
Do they still allow riding double?
Helmet laws still the same?
Never said it was, the question was about if the law requires it in a rail, or a sxs over 1000cc.
I have not been to Glamis since before this thread was started due to life happening… Are helmets now required for Sandrails?
This is not a question of IF one should be worn, but IF it is now an implemented law since the talks of changing due to the Pro R.
Not required yet, heard there was a push for it thought.I have not been to Glamis since before this thread was started due to life happening… Are helmets now required for Sandrails?

Window nets are also a good option.I will add that wrist restraints for SxS and buggies are a good idea
I have seen a slow roll over with no damage to anything or anyone except smashed hands and broken arms
