I just checked that out, that looks cool!

I also recommend getting the 2wd front air dam. If you check out @idk super duty (the grey one with the machined finish/black beadlock ring method’s) he has the shorter air dam compared to the others.
It’s a must.

My previous F-350's. I currently have a GMC because GM had better gas options on the HD trucks. I will soon get another Ford with the 7.3L.

1997 F-350 7.3L Powerstroke. I bought it in 2000 with 70,000 miles. Sold it in 2005 with 150,000 miles. Sold it for 1K less than I paid for it.

2005 F350 King Ranch 6.0L Powerstroke. Bought it new, and sold it in 2014 with 75,000 miles.

There are 2 different styles for the front valances. On mine (first post in thread) I did the standard 2wd Valance. Got it on e bay. Super easy swap. Mine is the same as the first pic you posted of the white long bed. The grey truck in your post had the Tremor Valance on it. Getting rid of that snow plow is an absolute must!!

I didn’t even know there was a difference lol. But that’s great to know for other customers.

This is the 2WD front valance which is a bit taller than the Tremor front valance.

When you remove the factory Super Duty front valance you also have to remove what the super duty folks call “Prius catchers” - the two big steel brackets behind the front valance have to come off as they hang down below either the 2 Wheel drive valance or the Tremor front valance

The only F series on my property these days...77 F350, 460 with Thorley's, a cam and a performer intake, C6 and 4.10's...and one big ass crane. Ugly, but real helpful, lifted that arch as one piece! Now, semi-retired, sits buy my building waiting to do some more work.

I’m for sure doing that valance. The 7.3 guys are saying it looses about 1mpg though.
Crazy it makes that much difference. But it’s ugly as hell. It’s gotta go.

Might have to give you a call this spring. Just not sure what kind of tax I have to pay for buying from out of state.
Thru the years I have drop shipped vehicles to friends and family all over the states. A good friend called from Florida wanting me to drop ship a new Explorer for his wife. I told him for now I would pass until things get straightened out.

If you put one on another 2 inches taller it would probably gain another MPG.

The color is insane. At night, it looks like a darker grey/charcoal. During the day it's like a dark concrete. I swear it has some bluish/green in it too.

Why no 20s? I think they look great. Previous truck had 35s and 17s. I'm definitely not staying with 17s with a 37.
I have 20s on my Ram. No noticeable difference in ride quality on 35s compared to the 18s on my last truck. Unless you’re off-road as much as on road, I don’t see a downside- and I’m not a fan of oversized wheels on a HD truck.

Edit: I still think the 37x13r17 Toyo MT is the best tire and wheel combo for these big heavy HD trucks.

Mostly stock except a 2” leveling kit and the tires. Funny thing happened after I installed the leveling kit. If I would drive over a big enough dip in the road at highway speeds the back end would really hop up and down. Added a pair of Bilstein’s and that really helped a lot. Before that the ass end bounced so bad I was afraid I would attract attention from the Chevy boys😁
50K miles and the truck has been driven from Pa to Florida and back 4 times

Even though it’s a higher trim level I do use it for hard work. This was just a couple of weeks after I bought it new.
