When I was this kid's age I would have gotten my ass kicked for acting like this. I've heard many people say that kids today are no different than previous generations but I disagree. We live in a softer and kinder world and this is the result. This POS needs a serious beat down.

The officer is a damn saint! I was pulled over a bunch as a kid and there was no way in hell I would ever speak to the cop pulling me over this way. Speak with respect, do as you are told or asked and then drive off and sleep in your own bed that night instead of a cell. If this was one of my kids I would beat their ass. But I like to hope that we did a better job raising them and the would never speak to anyone like this let alone law enforcement.

He said my car matched a description of a car just used in a robbery but my car was lime green with GTX custom painted 18" high on the sides.
Again pulled out at gunpoint around the age of 20, this time in a Toyota 4x4. My buddy made me a custom bumper and it covered up the plate. I had been displaying the plate in the rear window but it had fallen out that day. He said my truck was suspected "stolen"
Third time was similar to the first. Wrong place, wrong time. 6 cops with guns and I wasn't even driving, I was parked.

But I'm alive because I follow commands from guys with guns pretty good. And I was a cocky kid for sure.

I've seen lots of vids that Officer posts. Kid literally was pulled over by one of the coolest, nicest and fairest cops out there. He should have given that kid the "ass hole tax" and written him up for everything. Impound car--if possible.

I teach my kids to start every interaction with upmost respect. Roll down all windows, interior lights on (if night time) and hands out window or fingers up on the wheel. They are not to admit to any fault and not be overly helpful--but respectful at the same time. Only answer the question that is asked--nothing more. Do not answer or give info that is not relevant to the stop.

I only have had two bad Police interactions. One in HB when I was 20 maybe 21. Cop pulled me over cause a "passer-by said I threw out a cigarette on the street". He told me they dont take kind to littering, blah, blah. Cop was complete asshole to me from jump. That cop got every MF word I could think of. Told him I was gonna ass fuck his Momma and Sister while his Daddy watched. Told him he better give me a ticket for littering that he never saw or I would have his ass. Ended up with 6 more police cars surrounding me and a Sgt on the stop. He knew he was in the wrong and gave me a ticket for no front license plate. I pulled away from that stop with my tires spinning and giving them all the finger.
Best part--I knew who the lady "passer by" was. I got my justice back in my own way.

Other cop was a NM Highway Patrol. He tried to question my wife and kids separate from me like I was trafficking them. Took me outta the car. Opened the door and tried looking inside. He got it too. I was so pissed at him I punched the hood of his car and left my knuckle stamp--he heard the hit but never saw me do it (dash cam did though). I think I wished him an unpleasant interaction with a wrong way truck driver and that his wife, kids and this world would be much better place without him in it.

Countless great and positive interactions. Maybe those guys got me on a bad day and they were having a bad day at the same time. Who knows.
LOL--I even have a true story of me following HB cops as they were letting me drive myself to jail for a FTA warrant. Going like 70+ on Beach Blvd and taking turns a 35-40+. Was like a backward highspeed chase.

Enough said! They definitely had some major a-holes back in the day. They cited me and impounded my 2 week old bike because they said I couldn't prove it was mine. Dealership gave me the wrong paperwork. Good friend/2nd dad that was a CHP (I think) Sergeant at the time went with me to their station that Monday morning and ripped them a new one. Ended up getting my bike back without paying the tow and storage fees. Shitty part was the tow company dropped it, and of course i couldn't prove they did it. Thankfully it was just a few scratches.

Many other encounters over the years and never would I have ever acted like the douche in this video.

I love watching Deputy Sloup's videos and seeing some of the excuses.

I was pulled over 11 times in 13 months my senior year. Small town. Some of the kids i hung out with may have had some run ins with the local PD and they figured i was always up to no good. Cops new me and my flat black, cherry bombed POS Mustang.
I never argued. Was always super respectful and cooperated. Most the stops were BS. My old man would have beat my ass if I ever got hooked up in those days. Beat it worse if he found out I was being a prick. Most my duke boy driving and other high school shenanigans was done were i knew i could get away with it. Always got off with a warning. In those days.

When I was in my 20's, I had a Honda Civic racecar...not necessarily a ricer, at the time the fastest cars were in the high 10's and mine was mid 11's....so anyway, it was my street car, I drove it everywhere...straight pipe, had big motor, big turbo, NOS, etc...one late night I was coming home from work and got pulled over...the cop pulled me out at gun point "detained" me in cuffs and put me in his squad car...he told me that he witnessed me doing a burnout and had reports of racing on the street...I literally was just coming home from work minding my business and he made all that shit up...anyway, they practically rip my car apart, removed the hood, had the NOS bottle out, checked for cats, etc...told me the car was being impounded and I was going to jail....the whole time I was very respectful and corporative....when I realized there was nothing else I can do, I used my trump card...told the officer that pulled me over that my dad was sergeant for LAPD (i honestly never liked playing that card)....he asked me a few questions, I told him that his business card is in my wallet and he is free to go into my wallet get the card and give him a call...I watched him grab my wallet, take my dads card out, take it over to the 6 other officers that came to the scene, they pow-wowed a bit...then to my surprise I watched them put all my stuff back on my car they way they found it...came and uncuffed me, and let me on my way.....even after all that, I still thanked them for understanding and left without ever giving them any kind of attitude...

Cuffed, face down on the asphalt, with a cop on my back for a long time while they tore my car apart looking for a gun.
Assholes at the Corona PD station refused to let me file an official complaint.

Best parent I dealt with was on a 4th July. Arrested a Juvi for dangerous weapon violation. In those days we released to parents. He was a little gang banging dressed kid. Mom shows up all prim and proper, amazed at his clothing because he didn’t leave house that way. Kid admitted he changed after leaving.

As we explained the circumstances to her in our lobby, you could see her eyes boiling. All of the sudden, she reaches out and
c-clamps him. We had to pry her off saying “not here, not here”. Lol. She wouldn’t take him home dressed like that and opted for him to wear a jail jump suit. That mom was trying and fighting an uphill battle to his peers

The deputy didn't make the video. His employer did. Pinal County Sheriff's has Youtube videos on a lot of their operations. This traffic deputy's segment happens to be the most popular.
