most were at a high idle or slightly on gas due to being under caution in that turn. same as Tony until he got near the kid and he gassed it.
Doesn't really matter at this point and isn't worth arguing over.

Go back and read all the testimony, The driver that nearly hit Ward just prior to Tony's collision gassed it to swerve left also, He said so from his very own testimony. His name is Chuck Hebing.
