Looking forward to seeing everyone’s Easter Dinner pics of the food and the family!

Everyone is getting a little stir crazy at our house, so we decided to go all out for Easter Dinner. :)

Nothing fancy going on here. We’re not even doing a traditional Easter dinner. The better half is making her Lasagna. Can’t wait. 😋

Prime rib roast is still $4.77 lb. at StaterBros. Not sure what we will be cooking up just yet. Prime is traditional around here, but cabin fever is running high and we just might change up dinner a bit this year. My son has been itching to try some kind of whole fish or pork in banana leaves underground, so we may go down one of those routes.

For those with kids, make it an Easter they will never forget. If you're fortunate enough to have your kids and some senior relatives under the same roof, stand back and enjoy! You won't forget it or regret it.

Preparations still going on here. Ham and baked beans are on the oven. Daughter just finished the deviled eggs that I'm gonna stink up the house with later. Home made rolls and deserts were prepared yesterday. Cole slaw is in the fridge and the wife is prepping the green beans and new potatoes for the oven. Can't wait to eat.

We don’t have the kids so I opted to have a nicer than usual dinner. 10 oz. filets, 8 oz. Lobster Tails, Baked Potatoes and Garlic Cheese Bread.

I’ll post pics when the seasoning starts getting applied. [emoji16]

Decided to cut off a piece of my thumb cooking. Couldn’t stop bleeding so out with nitrate sticks to cauterize the bleeding. F’ing hurt worse than the cut. Guess it pays to have sharp knives.

Wife will need to finish dinner.
