absolutely. Saturdays was pretty good, Friday was bad, today is horrible on both sides. I dont want a robot zone I am all for the gamesmanship of framing but I am 2nd guessing that now after these games. This is the WORLD SERIES, the best teams made it, how do we end up with the bottom of the barrel umps.

I was speechless at a dozen calls. I’m glad the Dodgers won. But we were struggling with our middle relief and were bailed out by bad calls.

I’d expect a WS to have the best of the best umpiring that game. Even the bad calls weren’t consistent.

Did anyone else notice that in the fourth inning Smoltz was doing his usual blathering...on and on...and Joe Davis basically told him to shut up. He said something like "Put a period on it, that's enough." Smoltz didn't say more than two or three sentences in a row for the rest of the game.

Most of the Latinos in SoCal don’t waive or even own Mexican flags. It’s the recent arrivals that do that shit, and mostly soccer fans during World Cup.
