I just traveled from FL to TN. Stopped for lunch. There were 3 Tesla's on chargers with the owners standing there talking to each other. I went in and ate. took about 30-40 min. Came out and they were still there talking to each other.

YEAH!FUCK CALIFORNIA! AND CALIFORNIAN TRUCK DRIVERS! They’re already moving on from electric. Nikola has been developing a hydrogen powered truck. They know the range won’t work for intra state, let alone inter state. Electric will work for drayage. I’ve been hauling both the electric, and hydrogen a bunch in the last year. As stated, no way all electric is feasible. I’m sitting in anT/A right now with around 250 trucks. That’s just one of a hundred truck stops. No way you can get that king of current, unless we go nuclear. Maybe nuke plants at every truck stop!?

I was also thinking about CARB who is appointed and beholden to the governor.

The people of this state should do an end around the politicians

The people should vote in a ballot proposition that changes the state constitution to say that gas cars cannot be banned. It would pass

I’m not even sure it would at this point. 😂

2036 is far away. The big truck manufacturers are working hard on solving this. They will get there.

It's not thread related, but harvesting wheat with a scythe and a pitchfork has to be brutally hard work. A John Deere combine would clear that field in an hour or two, and it probably took those men a week to do the same work.

Then they have to thresh it. More days of hard labor.

If only they could make California an island in the pacific somehow.

You would have to dunk it several times to flush the shit out of it. Then somebody will sue you for polluting the ocean

You should change your sign on the front to oversize load of shit. I wouldn't sell that diesel just yet . Flip the whole world upside down just to appease some desk jockey. Step over a dollar to pick up a dime.

Hydrogen filling stations are far and few. The cost of hydrogen was expensive five years ago I can’t believe it’s gone down in price.

So how much in electricity does it cost to make 1 gallon of hydrogen?

The cart is so before the horse in this movement it's absurd. There is not enough electrical infrastructure to handle charging needs now and it's not going to get a whole lot better in 10 years. The cost for this would be astronomical and all of the current renewables cannot carry the load. To me it's also ridiculous in regards to the lithium aspect in both waste paste and let's have more bare foot 10 year olds mining it elsewhere so idiots here can feel good about themselves doing their part thinking they're saving the planet. We need nuke plants not more solar and wind that require battery back up. You need oil/fossil fuels to build manufacture and create just about everything. It's just in place to make a handful of already rich people richer capturing certain markets under the go green badge. To me this current proposed it's direction is just stupid.
