Years ago I worked acct finance and money was sent and cleared >5pm PST every thursday as the outgoing checks were being mailed ($$$ Millions in SB). $hintoo may chime in.

When money is owed and wanted to be paid, the online / call center / he said - she said goes out the window. As inmates previously said here: business in China / wiring to business partners etc... If you expect $ and respect your business partners, you can't pull this kind of game on a regular basis. OCM has to complete a ONE time transaction with a non-reoccurring "client" that for some reason seems to be meandering...

RD, I hope this doesn't come back and tarnish your site for "presenting" the other side. My hopeful guess is they will be funded tomorrow as a CYA but was dragged out - a scenario that may not have played out so quick otherwise.

I have done numerous wire transfers to people while I was in one bank and they were in the other and everything was confirmed and done before either of us even walked out of the branch.
