we used to camp on the cliff above the break and there was nothing around for miles besides a little market.
It's growing fast, I am thinking it may be smart to grab a condo. All communities are gated with 24hr security. Pretty nice new spots starting in the mid $150. My buddies was $500k with $450 month HOA. If you have Sentri it's a breeze in and out at border.

Little surf session in Mexico. Just south of K38 and giant Jesus statue. Nice to have rich friends! 3000 sq ft condo on the point. Club Marena. Slower longboard break but alot of fun. Also partied in Rosarito Fri night and that hurt bad yesterday!! I have heard over the years that they built on that spot. Used to camp and surf there a lot with a VW bus.

The little boats poached the “Big Cat Poker Run” in the delta….a 38’ Skater was doing 120 mph down the San Joaquin and met up with our crew…both the little tunnels passed the big boy at 130 mph and drove away. We can’t beat ALL of them, but we can certainly surprise the shit out of them. The boat on the left is a DBR 300x (370hp)
It will run 140 on good water.

I've taken the summer off making my wood working trinkets, but my aunt called me and asked if I could do a cutting board for my cousins wedding. I guess I'll brush up and get it done. I went to Peterman lumber today, and now I have to clean it all up.

I think I'll cut down to 1⅛ and plane it down. The request was 20 x 20, I'm not going to make it 20 x 20, my plan is 17 x 21. No one wants a square board.

Here's the start

I have this weird deal of taking raw wood and making it into something, this will be the same.

That boat is bad ass. 👍
It is pretty badass. I’d compare it to a CTSV on the water. Plenty fast, great ride, very predictable. He switched up the props. Gets on plane pretty quick and got rid of some transitional hop.

I am just a week back and sorting through pics for my two week trip up in the PNW. Seattle for an IBEW conference, Vancouver for my brothers birthday and various day trips everywhere including Astoria and up toward Cascades/Bonneville. Hadn't been up there in five years since the last time I went for work. The Columbia river area is just amazing and I have loved it since the first time I went 35 years ago. I totally loved this Truly 40' Liveaboard i ran across near Pierce island. Cool Euro offshore in downtown Vancouver. The old bridges everywhere amaze me just because I like that shit. Hung at a marina for a coub beers one afternoon and it was cool PNW boating is so different. All I could think about is rattling the quiet docks with my RC. Everyone at the ramps were calm and collected, no Havasu drama. Lol. Great trip, great company can't wait to go back.

Went by my friends shop yesterday to give him some wastegate insight on a 57 TwinTurbo ranch wagon he's building (which I completely forgot to take a pic of) and he had just finished up this bitchen little rod.

Check out Shooters on the lake great people and try the huckleberry mule!!
Was headed there yesterday for lunch, but the pontoon I rented liked 22 mph real well. We were only about 1/2 way there, ladies requested an "on shore restroom". My pulled in and ate at this on shore food truck, had a good menu, good vibe, real nice shaded seating by the docks.
