Bike maintenance day.

New SE rims / hubs and tires on the PK Ripper

New tires on the quad.

New Fit rims and tires on the Floval

And cleaned up my favorite, the profile.

Then the kids took the floval and quad to the park and sent a pic. They know not to lay the bikes down!! 😂

It goes up to an IV bag. What's going on?

Not that I really want to openly discuss it, but my heart rate has not settled down into lower than the 120bpms, with a blood ox level at 94-97. When the hospital took my vitals my blood pressure was absolute trash. (Something along the lines of how are you still alive?

These aren't exact numbers, but I saw the top number at 245, bottom # at 103, pulse at 122.

Oh shit that's too high😳, glad you are at the hospital. Gotta get the BP under control. Go easy for a bit.

Been there, done that, got the Tshirt...

Caffeine is what was doing it for me, had to cut it out of my diet.

Hope you get under control and start feeling better!

Did you purchase ranch property up by Fort Rock ? Back in '04 when we bought ours in the Peacock mtns above Hackberry, we looked as far out from Kingman as Willow Creek Ranches, thinking if my wife was still working, she wouldn't have to drive so far out 40, from Kingman. Our place is only maybe 27 from Kingman off Rt 66.

Which new area sir are these pictures from, really beautiful ?

So my in-laws had 150+- acres of 66 a couple of miles near the Grand Canyon Caverns. They were there for 15-20 years. FIL got sick and they sold the house they built along with 110 acres and moved to Kingman. They held onto one parcel because I said that it might be good to have one day if things went sideways. So when the MIL passed 2 years ago the 40 acres was in her trust and passed along to the wife. We go up to the property a few times in the year. I hope to one day get up there and kind of base camp out of it and explore what the area has to offer..

As for the prices of the rocks that is from just north side of Prescott. There is a senior living facility and gated community if you are interested. It reminded me of Cave Creak area in Phoenix.

Back in '04 we had younger minds, stronger bodies and hadn't need the services of any doctors in a very long time. Grand retirement plan was to build ranch house. Graded it, house pad, long winding driveway, drilled a well, power on the property corner, it's all there except for the Septic.
We'd keep the Havasu place for fair weather weekday boating and otherwise live on the ranch away from all the bullshit.

The God's were amused but apparently had some other twists and turns in mind --- and I realize you're well acquainted with "Things" outside our realm of plans and control.
We been buying SxS's of one type or another since about '07 and have never yet touched dirt around Havasu. All of our offroading adventures have been centered around using the 40 acre ranch property as a base camp for our explorations of the area's mountains.
We just point to some area and go, find some really cool things completely winging it.

I'm guessing in your area there's a lot of Indian land, although seems you're beyond most of it and plenty of area between you and Ft Rock to explore that's for sure.

Thanks for the info on Prescott, going to have to visit that area this winter, been years since we traveled through there.
