We use a modified Paul Prudhomme recipe that starts with a ham hock.
Always use the one left over from Christmas along with some saved ham and add 3 different sausages…Andouille, Kielbasa and some hot link that I like.
Had some last night with a couple over easy eggs!

New windshield on the truck. Damn the difference is crazy! Driving back and forth to havasu windshield had a shit load of micro scratches and chips. Crystal clear new one is nice. And I can’t believe the price. I was expecting a grand. $200 installed. Crazy.

Told the guy, dude, you should raise your prices.

For sure. Low Price Auto Glass. It's in Saticoy in East Ventura. Shitty area, shitty lot, etc. But their work was good. Owner was a cool guy too. Tipped him a $20 and gave his worker a $20 too. They were pumpin out cars hand over fist while I was there. Figure that's why he can do it so cheap. Said he's been doing windshield replacement for 30 years. He slapped a factory windshield in the truck in about 30 minutes.

I don't think mine has that. 2005 Chevy 2500. Is that through onstar maybe? I'm not sure if it does or doesn't but it does have all the little inlaid dark lines at the top and has the stock sun visor tint. Stock windshield.

New bow stop with steps
Frame rail storage box
Moving the EOH into the storage box for a cleaner look
Swapping all current lights to LED and adding more running lights (there was none forward of the fenders.
Adding white LEDS under the boat too to light it up.
New hitch sleeve

Wayne sent me the first pic. Then tells me to call him tomorrow he wants to talk about the paint I know what that means.


***Update - talked to Wayne. Sand blasting and painting whole trailer. Screw it, full update. Wayne and the adrenaline crew hooking it up proper. I know it’ll get done nice and get done right the first time.

Thanks! I don’t know about running to Catalina from our place but 100% anacapa and Santa Cruz Island’s. Up the coast to Santa Barbara etc.

That trailer looks like the one that came with the Sutphen. Mine needs to be reworked and painted as well but I have to wait till the boat comes back from paint shop in Ocala.

Does look similar. Ours is a Pacific Trailer. It was built for the boat when new. It's time for a nice full restore on it.
